CBS 4New reporter Rick Sallinger in Denver, Colorado broke the story that was to remain a secret. Police commandeered a city-owned warehouse in northeast Denver outfitted with indoor stainless steel cages with barbed wire on top and locks on the doors and warnings about stun gun use. Justification: Denver jails too full.
