BLAGOJEVICH: He comes out all jaunty, puts his left thumbnail in his mouth momentarily–he knows he’s about to lie–and looks around.

Okay.

He checks his tie to remind him of his capacity.

Thank you very much. Looks down and then up = shame. I am here to tell looks around the room = trying to take control you right off the bat that I am not guilty nods of any criminal BLINK wrongdoing.

That BLINK-BLINK-BLINK I intend to stay on BLINK-BLINK-BLINK the job and I will fight this raises eyebrows BLINK every nod step nod of the way. BLINK

I will fight. BLINK-BLINK-BLINK I will fight. BLINK I will fight. BLINK Until I take my BLINK-BLINK last breath.

BLINK I have done BLINK shakes his head nothing BLINK wrong. BLINK

Licks his lips and puts his head down in shame, pauses, audible exhale. Tries to get choked up.

And I am I not going to quit BLINK a job BLINK-BLINK the people hired BLINK me to do BLINK because BLINK of false BLINK accusations and a political lynch mob.

Puts head down. They betrayed me – but I knew it was coming.

Now that’s BLINK-BLINK what I am going BLINK to do. BLINK

Now let me tell you what I am not going to do.

BLINK-BLINK Head down.

I am not going to do what my accusers BLINK and political enemies BLINK have been doing. And that is: BLINK-BLINK-BLINK-BLINK-BLINK: talk about this case BLINK in 30 second sound bites on BLINK, nod Meet The Press or on the TV news.

Puts head down in shame. He was referring to Lisa Madigan who tried unsuccessfully to get him declared unfit.

Now I am dying BLINK to answer these charges. Looks around. I am dying to show you how innocent BLINK head dip = no he isn’t I am.

Sticks out his forked tongue. BLINK-BLINK-BLINK-BLINK

And I want to assure everyone who is here nods, raises eyebrows BLINK-BLINK and everyone who is listening nod that BLINK I intend BLINK to answer BLINK every shakes his head no allegation looks around, stutters that–uh that comes nod BLINK my way.

Sticks out forked tongue. BLINK BLINK

However, BLINK I intend to answer BLINK them in the appropriate forum BLINK-BLINK-BLINK – in a court of law. BLINK-BLINK-BLINK And when I do BLINK – I am absolutely nods certain eyes shift BLINK that nods, raises forehead I BLINK will be vindicated.

BLINK-BLINK-BLINK not a chance in hell.

Rudyard Kipling wrote:

Sticks out forked tongue. He knows he shouldn’t say it as it does not apply to him.

If you can keep your head when all about you

Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,

If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,

And make allowance for their doubting too;

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,

Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,

Or being hated, don’t give way to hating.

Now, BLINK I know there are some powerful forces arrayed nod-nod against me BLINK. Nod, raises eyebrows. It’s kind of BLINK lonely right now. Smiles out of left cheek = real emotion. BLINK-BLINK-BLINK But I have on my side BLINK the most powerful ally BLINK raises eyebrows and nods there is – and its the truth. Mini-smirk holds gaze of reporters…did they buy it? And besides, BLINK I have the personal knowledge shifts shoulders and head BLINK that I have done nothing wrong.

Forked tongue. Looks back and forth. BLINK-BLINK

Looks to the right. To the people of Illinois, I ask BLINK that they wait forked tongue, nod, BLINK-BLINK and be patient, sit raises eyebrows, nods, BLINK BLINK back and take a deep BLINK breath and darts eyes please reserve judgment puts chin up = arrogance afford nods me BLINK the same rights nod BLINK that you BLINK and your children have. BLINK The presumption lifts his chin of innocence. The BLINK right to nods defend yourselves. The right eyebrows up, nod BLINK-BLINK to your day on court. The same rights that you BLINK nod BLINK would expect for yourselves.

BLINK Forked tongue.

And one last BLINK thing. Tight mouth To BLINK all of those BLINK – to those of you BLINK-BLINK-BLINK who have forked tongue expressed BLINK your support to Pattie and me BLINK during this difficult nods BLINK-BLINK-BLINK timeI’d BLINK like to thank you stares into camera for your BLINK, lifts eyebrows thoughts. BLINK-BLINK I would like to thank you for your prayers. BLINK And I BLINK thank you for your good BLINK, raises eyebrows, nods wishes.

Pause. BLINK-BLINK-BLINK

Pattie lifts head and I cannot express darts eyes, shakes head, pause, nod BLINK to you how grateful we are darts eyes, BLINK, nods for your kindness.

Closes lips – tight smile. Done deal.

Merry Christmas!

Forked tongue, waves.

Happy Holidays!

Turns to exit, reporters yell, he looks sideways at them, waves, nods his head and he leaves.

He had a confident air, a confident voice and not so good facial language. So much activity. BLINK = lies. There were 120 or so BLINKS (not counting his poetry recitation) in 180 second speech. It doesn’t get much clearer than that. But he has the politician’s voice – so that if you just listen without watching he is convincing.

Why do they all lie when his most powerful ally — the truth — will eventually come out? Is their arrogance that great or do they truly believe they didn’t do anything wrong?

Raised eyebrow = alarm. Smirk, closed tight smile = regret that he should have kept his mouth shut. Lifting of head = arrogance. Forked tongue = trying to get the lie off his tongue. Head down = shame. Moving his head and shoulders = false bravado, trying to convince self. Nods and head shakes = an attempt to deceive and appear convincing. Shifty eyes = are they buying it? Nod = checking off the list.

The poetry is not all that weird. He usually quotes something. I thought he was going to go Patrick Henry.

“I have done nothing wrong.”

He put his head down in shame. Very interesting because it appeared feigned and almost an attempt for sympathy. I’ll have to watch that again. Originally, I thought the was playing the wounded one. Whatever it was – he didn’t quite pull it off.

“Personal knowledge”

Gave him the most anxiety = someone else knows and he knows it. John Harris? Or the ever entangled Tony Rezko, who is the direct connection between barry and hot rod.

“I intend to answer every allegation…that–uh-that comes my way.”

Very strange stutter as if he hadn’t given it thought or was reconsidering. Does he know the other allegations pending? Has he made a deal yet with the feds or anyone else? Clearly he has no intention of doing answering everything.

Very, very interesting face language. Much better than barry. barry is so easy because he presumes that people are there to hear him speak. When he lies he always look down and to the right. And of course there’s the uh-uh-uh. I remember the first time he got booed. He was in the same arena where Sen Clinton had made fun of barry’s Messianic: “and a light will shine down and you will experience an epiphany!” with her: “the sky will open, the light will come down, celestial choirs will be singing…” I think her saying that was the funniest moment of the primaries. But when he got booed, he looked up and turned his head like a dog – like did I just hear that?

Blasphemy!

Though it’s not as funny as his: “It shows they love me!” that he whispered to Biden on the stump in Dublin, Ohio in response to the crowd’s messianic chant of: Yes, We Can!

Can, yes. Will? Doesn’t look like it but there’s plenty of CHANGE! already in his positions.

C’mon folks, wouldn’t anything be change compared to Bush? And hasn’t barry already followed through on his promise by changing his positions?
