Jeff Czech, Nadya’s lawyer/spokesman looks like he is hungover. Gloria Allred is screaming. Harry Smith doesn’t have a clue. This little charade helped no one. Czech wanted AIW to sign a disclosure form to prevent them from talking about anything that went on in the home. That is illegal, as well as a violation of the #1 rule of AIW/Allred/Dr Phil agreement.

HARRY SMITH: Jeff, what is your clients primary complaint about these care givers?

JEFF CZECH: Nadya has nannies helping her out. She does not needs the nurses. Her primary concern with AIW was that, basically, AIW was this Trojan rocking horse, that was sent into her house, and out popped these nurses. They were never really on her side.

Lie. The nurses were the deal. It was precisely what Nadya agreed to.

SMITH: So you  really think they are setting her up?

CZECH: Well they’re not on her side. And the whole thing started with the complaint to Child Protective Services, and I don’t think it got any better.

She signed an agreement [see link above] after she initially refused AIW. She knew about the report from the start. It was made by Allred before she even signed on with AIW. When the hospital was threatening not to release any of the preemies because of the unsanitary and unsafe consditions in her house, suddenly got a whole lot better. Don’t have the octuplets at home – can’t sell their photos.

Dr Phil got AIW, Allred and Nadya together and hammered out a deal and a consent that Nadya signed.[see link above]

AIW got things going with the help of Dr Phil  – she then got her free stuff — no one had offered her anything because of her disgusting selfishness — the kids came home — she needs money- – AIW wouldn’t let her film a reality show (which is coming) – she didn’t like having professionals watching her – AIW was forced to make three reports – not good for nadya – if they take those babies away her meal ticket is gone – she  hired non-English speaking nannies (are they in this country legally?) who know nothing about reports – three of them had a positive skin TB test – which Kaiser knew – while they were actively caring for the preemies – and good bye AIW.

This is the judgment of a woman responsible for 14 innocent souls.

We are supposed to believe that a woman, who has just proven she is unable to communicate, for the sake of her octuplets, with adult medical professionals, is capable of communicating with 14 children? 8 preemies and 6 children under 8 -  three of whom have neurological dysfunction, including ADHA and autism as well as three generically neglected children?

And then there’s the non-English speaking nannies, radaronline, doctors, social workers and paparazzi?

She can’t solve a communication problem with an adult – she certainly can’t do it with children.

What more is it going to take folks?

And don’t minimize Kaiser’s self interest. Each day her infants stay in the hospital is a day they’re not getting paid by Nadya.

SMITH: Were these nurses sent in there to keep an eye on her so that you can have information so you could wrest control of these children away from this woman?

Unbelievable question. What are they going to do with them? And no one is going to have wrest control of her children away from her – their not in her control.

Allred stated that Nadya only cares for the children when the cameras are rolling. AIW alleges [Dr Phil] that nadya fed the babies only 8 times in 5 day and that 12 hours would pass wthout Nadya checking on the babies.

CZECH: And since the nurses are, there Nadya was able to have some free time. That’s why the nurses are there.

10 children and she has free time. Who is watching the older children?

SMITH: Are these kids going to be ok?

ALLRED: Well, we were concerned about endangerment. Apparently, Nadya does not understand that a nurse is a legally mandated reporter. That is, a nurse is required by law to report to o authorities – Child Protective Services – if they believe a baby or a child in their care is in danger, at risk, at harm, or neglected. They have to report that.

I don’t know why Nadya wants to cover this or doesn’t want them to speak publicly about what has happened or to the authorities. This is what they are required to do. They are the voice, the ears of these babies. And they need to be able to protect them.

HARRY SMITH: This is a very sad story.

It’s not a story, Harry, or even a surprise — it’s 14 innocent lives that she alone is responsible for.

Radio Rod a success!

Radio Rod did great. He was meant to talk – no matter where. He made sure Elvis was the lead in music.

Part 1

He starts right off with Pat Quinn raising taxes and exhorts listeners to call theor lawmakers to oppose it.

And there was the obligatory hair joke.

JOSH WEISS (Producer): Are those headphones gonna mess up you hair?

ROD: I brought my brush – I can comb it as soon as we take a break–

WENDY SNYDER: The football’s here? I’m very excited.

ROD: You are, uh?

WEISS: But now you don’t have anyone to carry it.

ROD: I’m not governor anymore – it’s a smaller brush.

He took some calls and then spoke with Ann Compton in Washington about barry’s press conference. Praise all around.

Part 2

Talked with DL Hughley, who called in from LA. They hit it off when blago was doing his media blitz and ended up swearing “I f**ked it up” on camera. It was hysterical. Here.

They talked about barry and of course blago went off on his accomplishments – healthcare for every child in Illinois, which he should be congratulated on. (Same with the Autism Bill after he was arrested.) First state in the US. He’s done something barry just chats about.

Then he talked with Jay Mariotti about the Cubs and the possibility of the Cubbies moving to Sarasota. That will not go over very well, as folks moved out there in part to go to Spring Training and they already sell out HoHoKam Park. And what would Ronnie do? That would be the final blow.

He quotes “The Boys of Summer” and then brags about how well the Cubs and Sox did when he was still governor. One place he is most definitely not welcome is with Pat and Ron. Ranks right up there with Digger Phelps and Bruce Jenner.

Part 3

He started right off talking about how he was highjacked and how he didn’t get to provide a defense! Quinn had a backroom deal with Michael Madigan and Cullerton and a sham impeachment process to get rid of him so they could raise the taxes!

He started ranting about Springfield like he was never there. Then he listed people who are getting double pay as part time lawmakers and have full time jobs in government and exhorts listeners to call their lawmakers to stop raising taxes. That it will only take those 17 “double dippers” to vote against it the tax increases.

Caller thanks him for what he has accomplished and she says he will be vindicated. “Your the best thing that happened to Illinois.”

Then he talked with comes the guys from “Rod Blagojevich Superstar“. Joey Bland plays Rod and Mike Bradecich plays Dick Mell and Patrick Fitzgerald. Rod tells Joey he’s a “I gotta tell ya Joe, I think you’re a very handsome young man”. He really is a good sport.

Since some of you are still unclear as to the initial deal and the credentials of Angels in Waiting, and don’t seem to have watched the video of this press conference, here is the text. Frankly, I find it despicable that some folks are questioning AIW’s motives. Read this, and then see what you think as a fully informed bystander. Later today both sides of the story will be revealed. I don’t know if they can make public the reason for the three complaints lodged against Nadya and filed with DCFS.

Text of the February 19th Press conference by Gloria Allred and Angel in Waiting’s (AIW) Linda West-Conforti and Jackie Peebles, discussing their offer to Nadya, which she initially rejected. However, when the hospital told her they were holding off sending the first octuplets home, she decided to accept AIW’s offer – clearly not willingly. It’s no surprise she fired them.

GLORIA ALLRED, LAWYER REPRESENTING *ANGELS IN WAITING*

We are here today to urge Nadya Suleman to accept a proposal to provide for the medical and emotional needs of her 14 children once her octuplets are released from the hospital, which may occur in approximately 5 weeks.

While public debate has focused on other questions such as whether or not Ms. Suleman and her doctor should or should not have taken the risk of multiple births under her particular economic and emotional circumstances, and whether she has been candid about these circumstances, we are focused only on what will happen to the 14 children who are in existence and how they can and must be protected now that they are here.

Allred initially got involved because she made an independent complaint. Anyone can make file a report of possible child abuse or neglect without fear of prosecution – in an effort to catch abuse when the child is unable to voice it themselves. Of course, if it turns out to be malicious, the police can be involved. Also, if a healthcare worker has suspicions – like a daycare worker or ER nurse/physician – and does not report it, they can in some cases be held liable.

Allred quotes the initial interview of the grandmother, where she said in no uncertain terms that Nadya was not equipped to take care of the children and that she had been raising and providing for the children. She also said she had had enough. Follow link above for posts. Grandmother later retracted the statement.

ALLRED: Last Thursday (Feb.12 2009) I quietly filed a complaint with the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services and requested an investigation into whether or not Nadya’s 14 children might be endangered if left in her care and custody, and asked for removal from her care temporarily if after an investigation there was cause to believe that they are endangered. In my letter, I cited numerous concerns including, the fact that the octuplets may soon be released from the hospital, and that it was unclear where they will live, who will care for them or how they will be supported. Some of them may be special needs babies, since they were delivered prematurely and some of them are below normal weight.

In addition, I cited among other reasons for my concern the conclusion of the grandmother of these children, Angela Suleman, that “The truth is Nadya’s not capable of raising 14 children”, and “I’m really tired of taking care of the six children” and “She really has no idea what she’s doing to her children and me.”

Coincidentally, on the same day that I filed my complaint a charitable organization called “Angels in Waiting” founded by a pediatric nurse with 25 years experience in neo-natal intensive care sent an e-mail to Nadya offering services to her children, because of their concern about the health , welfare and safety of the octuplets and their siblings after the octuplets are released from the hospital.

Next – how Allred became directly involved. I don’t think AIW had initially been aware of Allred’s complaint after she filed it – investigations are supposed to be confidential – but I am not positive.

ALLRED: Last weekend, the organization contacted me for assistance because they received no response from Nadya. At that time, we decided to wait until today to see if Nadya would respond before making their proposal to provide greatly needed services to Nadya’s children public.

Since I have not received a response from Children’s Services (which has a policy of not disclosing if they are investigating) and since Angels in Waiting has received no response from Nadya or her representatives, we decided that we must make our concerns public and let Nadya know that there are angels in waiting for her little angels and that all she has to do is contact us so that we may share our concerns for the health, safety and welfare of her children and how we can help meet those critical needs.

The clock is ticking and we need to convey to her the magnitude of the needs of these premature infants and their siblings a.s.a.p.

Angels in Waiting, and myself as their legal support are concerned that Nadya does not appear to have a concrete plan for the future to meet the urgent and complicated needs of these medically fragile and premature infants.

Why AIW needed to get involved and not simply nannies, non-neonatal nurses or volunteers.

ALLRED: Time is of the essence.

This plan must be made now. It cannot be made at the last minute, because it does not just involve securing a piece of property in which to place the infants and other children. Further, securing a nanny is simply not sufficient to meet the needs of these children. These infants were born 2 ½ months premature, and some are drastically below normal weight. Based on documented research Angels in Waiting (AIW) in concerned that this means that they are at high risk of developmental delay.

Without adequate medical and developmental support by trained early interventionist experienced professionals in the field, AIW is concerned that these infants could suffer serious consequences which could have long lasting effects for their future as well as the future of their siblings. AIW is therefore proposing a plan for the well being of these children which Linda West Conforti who is an R.N. and the founder of AIW will explain in a few minutes.

The offer – including the stipulation that all of the donations would go toward the care of the children and absolutely nothing to Nadya or her family. Clearly something else Nadya was not pleased with.

ALLRED: Angels in Waiting is a wonderful organization and Linda as its founder has won an award from Kaiser for founding it. They have helped many at risk medically fragile infants in the past, and are offering to do so again.

If Nadya accepts their offer and if the public supports them through donations then her babies would receive the around the clock care they will need without having to rely on taxpayer funds.

Also all donations would be used to secure experienced and trained professionals who would provide much needed care, and not one cent would go to Nadya or anyone else in her family.

Another advantage of this plan is that all the children would be kept together, and Nadya will be able to live with her children, which will be important for their future emotional needs.

Why Nadya was suspicious from the start – as if her paranoia needs an external stimulus. AIW works with foster children.

ALLRED: If Nadya does not accept their proposal, the alternative in our opinion will most likely be that the children will be taken by DCFS, and placed in foster care in order to protect them and meet their special needs. That will mean that the enormous burden will be placed on the taxpayers and neither the public nor AIW, nor myself believes that that is an acceptable alternative, particularly because AIW offers a plan that is better for these children who are the focus of our concern.

Further, delays caused by the involvement of public agencies as they seek to meet the infant’s needs will not be beneficial to the children.

Instead, we offer a plan for these children where they can thrive in a supportive environment without the necessary intervention by the DCFS and removal to foster care, and without burdening the taxpayer.

We hope that Nadya will contact us about our proposal and the time to contact us is now. She cannot wait until the last minute to accept the plan. It will take weeks to put it into effect once she does accept.

These babies urgently need Angels in Waiting and the time for action to keep this family together to protect the best interests of these babies and accept this intervention is now!

LINDA WEST-CONFORTI, FOUNDER OF *ANGELS IN WAITING*

I am Linda West Conforti. I am a Registered Nurse with 25 years in neonatal intensive care and pediatric intensive care units. I’ve cared for thousands of medically fragile infants and children. In 2005, I established a foundation known as Angels in Waiting (AIW).

AIW is a non profit tax exempt 501(c)(3) public charity.

AIW is dedicated to recruiting qualified nurses to provide loving homes, nursing care, and other needed services for medically fragile preemies, infants, and children. To my knowledge, we are the only organization of its kind in California.

AIW understands the proper course of treatments needed to improve and strengthen the physical, emotional, cognitive and psychological outcomes of premature infants. We also understand that even when these babies are released from the hospital, they are not “out of the woods” for potential set backs and complications.

AIW will provide “wrap around services”, using a blend of professional programs for Nadya’s infants and their siblings. The services will include, but not limited to, nursing care, occupational therapy, physical therapy and early intervention educational specialists. We have seen first hand how the prospects for their future improve with more individualized care and attention in a nurturing and supportive home environment.

We look forward to opening a dialogue with Nadya about the importance of providing appropriate care for her premature infants, whom we believe are at risk.

JACKIE PEEBLES

I am Jackie Peebles. I am the Early Intervention Specialist working with Angels in Waiting. I have been a credentialed teacher for 31 years, and Early Intervention Specialist for the past 19 years serving over 450 children. I hold a Master’s Degree in Special Education and have been an advocate for children with special needs for the past seven years.

In 2005, I started working with Angels in Waiting with their medically fragile infants.

My job is to provide the necessary brain, vision, cognitive, language, sensory and motor development for these children.

Recall that as recently as yesterday Nadya said her octuplets are not medically fragile – even though their potential deficits, unless catastrophic, cannot be known at this time – especially cognitive and neurological impairments. Half of her older children have neurological conditions along the autism spectrum, which was not enough for this woman to stop birthing. \

Her selfishness truly knows no bounds. What mother would do that to her other children? Intentionally taking time away from them. Anyone who has a child or worked with a child with autism and ADHS knows how much attention and energy they take.

PEEBLES: In a situation like this with 8 medically fragile premature infants, if a plan is not implemented it is unlikely that these little ones will get the individual attention that they need. Each of these infants will have their own challenges depending on the medical outcomes they are facing. Many of these possible delays are preventable if they are addressed from the beginning. Providing nurturing individual interactions will help build healthy brain structures that provide for a stronger learning foundation.

This is what is necessary for these 8 premature medically fragile infants. Angels in Waiting understands the fundamental building blocks necessary for the sound development of preemies and will implement the skills necessary to mitigate and or prevent developmental delays brought on by prematurity and negative bonding issues which could occur if there are too many inexperienced care givers.

It will be my goal to set up an individual development plan for all of these medically fragile infants who are at risk. Helping these babies come home to a good healthy start is my desire.

So those of you who insist they are “frauds” and “just out for themselves” and “looking for money” you are dead wrong and, in my opinion, it is quite disgusting to suggest it. Today we can all judge for ourselves when the two sides of the story are revealed.

Octuplets: A request

We have extensively covered Nadya Suleman from the beginning because it is our belief she is not capable of caring for those children. We have also written an open letter to LA Department of Children and Family Services to plead with them to evaluate her and not send the octuplets home with her – obviously to no avail.

We have no personal vendetta – her delusional madness is clear and still has not been addressed – and we feel her children are in danger. Her own father on said to Oprah that his daughter is “not mentally complete” and asked could Oprah get his daughter a mental evaluation. The grandmother, on video, said Nadya is not capable of caring for them and has not been caring for the older six in any fashion. See link above.

My main concern is for the older children, who were already not receiving adequate care. Three of them have neurological disabilities including speech delay, autism and ADHD – none of whom were receiving individual care – even though Nadya has been receiving disability for all three.

Angels in Waiting would have addressed their needs, as well as the octuplets – something Kaiser nurses, social workers, hired nannies and/or volunteers cannot do and have not been doing.

I speak from the experience of growing up in the bottom half of a double digit family and I know how little attention one gets – even when all are neurologically intact. But it is the older sibling’s lives who are forever changed. They are never free from responsibility. That is why I especially feel for the oldest girl, whose childhood was ripped away the moment that selfish birthing factory walked through the IVF doctor’s door.

With all the octodrama in the last week, how much attention has she been getting?

How many added responsibilities have been heaped upon her? She already was dealing with her brother with ADHD/autism

How many: You are mommy’s big girl, can you get…?

When asked, she said she didn’t want the octuplets because the crying would set off her mother.

How does she feel now? Has anyone asked her?

Why isn’t she considered – she lives in that house?

Why doesn’t her opinion matter?

Anyway. A request.

Mrs Etta Mae Jenkins, a previous poster, has gone to great lengths to track down information, which she then leaves in the drafts. From the links she provides, I compile the posts.

In the last 48 hours, six different anonymous people have emailed us saying that our posts are being used – sometimes in their entirety – without any attribution.

There is no need to name names or point out sites – you know who you are.

We provide the information for dissemination, and you are free to reference whatever you like, but simple respect dictates this site be credited for the post – most particularly when they are essays.

As you can see, we have spent a great deal of time tracking down the facts and always document the sources of our information, not only out of respect for the source, but so that you can go there and read further.

So that’s it. A simple request. We have no time or intention of going to those sites. It remains, as always, a matter of personal blogger integrity.

Octuplets: Allred: THREE complaints made to DCFS

Again the freshest source is a celebrity site – this time E!Online.

It appears the Nadya will be/was on Dr Phil as well as Gloria Allred and Angels in Waiting’s Linda West-Conforti and Jackie Peebles to be aired on Wednesday/Thursday. Funny she didn’t say anything about it on her radaronline video today.

According to NATALIE FINN at E!Online, Nadya told Dr Phil, by phone:

NADYA: The primary issue was that myself and my nannies felt extremely uncomfortable. I personally felt like a stranger in my own home. The goal was to empower me as a mother, help me, train me. I’m open to that, I want that, I want to do the very best for these…premature babies.

I wanted [Angels] to use their training and knowledge to help guide me. I felt that was never accomplished. I felt as though every time I tried to hold the babies, feed the babies, they would be observing and they were waiting for me to make a mistake.

Paranoia strikes deep…

GLORIA ALLRED countered:

Our major concern has always been the best interest of the babies, and of course, I happen to disagree with quite a bit of what Nadya said in terms of what has happened. I think the real reason that Nadya has not been able to continue with Angels in Waiting may be the fact that not one, but three reports had to be filed with Child Protective Service by Angels in Waiting.

Whoa. Three? Recently or is she counting the initial one she made as an independent person not yet hired to represent AIW? I read somewhere that AIW was concerned about the number of people living at her house. Not sure what that means although Nadya had said that the grandparents were not going to live with her.

Guess we’ll find out at Allred’s 1 pm press conference today (Wednesday) when she preempts Dr Phil (at least in this time zone) and gives her press conference at her office. I wonder if someone will be televising it live?

The “Jeff” Allred refers to is Jeff Czech Nadya’s lawyer/spokesman. Her second publicist, Victor Munoz quit, saying her could not as a matter of conscience continue to be associated with her. He said she was greedy and that “She’s nuts!” See link above.

ALLRED: The whole point of Angels in Waiting, besides providing such high-quality care…was not to put the burden on the taxpayer, but that’s what Nadya and Jeff are doing, [They want] to shut everybody up…that’s wrong. I want to know what they are hiding and why.

They are hiding a reality show in the works. I would like her to accept the replacement porno nannies, because then it would be rather simple for DCFS.

Her lawyer in reference to Nadya taking the first two octuplets home – the same day her nanny called 911 to remove Gloria Allred from Nadya’s house. [Follow link]

JEFF CZECH: I don’t think anyone really foresaw the extent of what would happen the first time around.

Now Kaiser nurses will provide the training of the nannies courtesy of California taxpayers. How much is the hospital bill so far – Nadya’s hospitalization included? California taxpayers should demand that be tabulated daily, itemized, and put on a website.

Kaiser spokesman, Jim Anderson, said the rest of the babies will be sent home according to their plan:

That is between [Angels] and Nadya Suleman. The AIW is a whole separate thing. Our decision to discharge the babies previously and now, never had anything to do with AIW.

I find that very hard to believe. Two days before the babies were to go home Nadya had not had her nannies lined up and she was still interviewing them.

Another hospital employee who has been to Suleman’s house says that two pediatric nurses visit the home each day to help out the existing nannies.

Another charge to the taxpayers. California taxpayers, how much more are you willing to take?

(2-25) Radio Rod a success!

He’s back and sure to blast new Gov Pat Quinn for raising the taxes. Blago will be filling in for Don Wade & Roma, on 3-25 from 7-9am CST on WLS 890-AM. They‘ve had Blago on many times over the years. Blago gave his first post-impeachment interview to them, which kicked off his I wasn’t given a chance media blitz. WLS had originally offered him a 2 hour Sunday slot if he would have resigned.

It will be interesting how they screen his calls. He is actually very entertaining on the radio – he’s entertaining period.

The complication now is with the Olympic Committee coming to inspect Chicago for consideration for the 2016 games. Blago is set to be indicted on April 7th – his emergency 6 am handcuffed staged for the media arrest resulted in a three month extension to get barry in office and find some actual evidence – four months total. We don’t have a chance in hell – though the largest US Arab-American population on the southwest side of Chicago makes a terrorist attack unlikely. Blagojevich is in the midst of writing a highly anticipated book due out in October.  The former governor received a six figure advance.

Blagojevich was a guest on the “Don Wade and Roma” show March 17.

Paranoid Nadya fires *Angels in Waiting*

This woman nauseates me. She is such a transparent liar. Her tell is her left hand. When she is about to lie, she brings it up to her cheek and/or collarbone. Just watch for when she does it and what she says when she is doing it. If you watch her many other videos, you’ll see how often she does it. Follow link above to the other videos/body language of her interviews. She also modulates her voice as a tip off.

Here’s the link to the video on radaronline. I’m not going to bother transcribing the whole thing. It’s too fantastical. She alleges that Linda West-Conforti was talking over and over about the babies being abducted and that’s why she fired AIW. She also said she almost called the police and to get a restraining order against them – while they were still there. Does this make any sense?

Tomorrow AIW will be on Dr Phil and Gloria Allred and AIW will be holding a press conference. Nadya wasn’t very wise making this deposition so Allred can have a head start. I sure hope someone with AIW had a tape recorder going.

RADARONLINE: Did you, uh, terminate fire the Angels in Waiting?

NADYA: Well, I was under the impression, you know, you can’t terminate an organization that’s-that’s volunteers. They’re a nonprofit organization that wanted to, you know, implement their services. And, uhm, once I found out how instrumental Kaiser was going to be in providing all of the support I needed to take care of my babies, [left hand] then I didn’t need feel as though their services anymore.

She needed AIW to get the first two octuplets home. Now that they’re there – she doesn’t need them. And her claim about not knowing she could terminate them is an outright lie. She made and signed an agreement with them – see link above. And she has been working with Kaiser since the beginning, so why the sudden enlightenment?

RADARONLINE: Is there anything that made you remember that they said to you specifically that made you upset or uncomfortable?

NADYA: [left hand] Yesterday – this is the truth – yesterday, I was on the verge of calling, uhm, of going to the police and fiing a retraining order against them I was so fearful.

She then talks about Linda the founder of AIW talking about the babies being abducted – repeating it 10 times. Watch her left hand.

NADYA: The original agreement that AIW had–their plan was, originally, to provide 24 hour wrap around nursing care for these medically fragile infants. However, my babies are not medically fragile at all, My neonatalogist actually instructed me not to go with AIW – he strongly recommended that – I shouldn’t say instructed – because he felt as though they only needed the nurturing and support and care of-of very experienced nannies and myself.

And who was going to train them? She actually believes that her premature infants are not medically fragile. Two of her infants will be in the hospital for probably another 3 weeks. And it will take at least a year — with good care — for the octuplets to catch up. Plus there is no way to tell at this point how many of them will have permanent neurological and/or physical limitations. And what she conveniently left out is all 14 children were going to be evaluated and cared for. They are the ones who have been and still are being neglected.

She then describes what AIW did – that there wasn’t open communication and that they went around her to the nannies. Their job was to train the nannies. Then she says the Kaiser staff was ready to intervene.

NADYA: All the many nurses from Kaiser came together and told me – social workers – they almost did an intervention. I tend to be too trusting – almost naive. And I felt as though their offer was genuine and authentic, and it turned out later it wasn’t.

NADYA: Every time I entered the nursery they stopped talking when I entered…They became almost obsessive with the babies.

I felt – this is only an opinion – that they were doing what they could to set me up to fail. I almost went to the police to file, maybe,  a restraining order I was so fearful.

About what? In the beginning she almost says that they were going to abduct the babies themselves.

After they left after I politely asked them to leave. I was able to finally bond with the babies for the first time.

That is truly sad.

What have the older 6 children been doing? Where are the grandparents?

Yes, GOLDILOX, she has had many a 911 call. Here’s a few from TheInsiderOnline. Take note of the condition of the house. Whenever she is interviewed, there is screaming in the background and she sits peacefully, perfectly madeup, answering questions. She admits to her obsession with Oprah. She was pist when her father was interviewed and not her. She was even more pist when pops said was mentally incomplete and could Oprah get his daughter a mental evaluation. You have to see the look on Oprah’s face. Priceless.

Here’s a homemade video of the radaronline video of Nadya’s new house. You can see how close the “nursery” is to the front door. Anyone who comes in is just feet away from the preemies. Listen to how flimsy the front door is when she shuts it. Those preemies can hear the paparazzi even with the door closed and for sure when the door opens. She has all this money she should be hiring guards to keep them off her property.

They actually have a countdown to barry’s press conference on the screen as if he is going to actually say something. Yes, he is taking questions – but have they been preapproved? He certainly will have the reporters picked out ahead of time. It sre would be interesting if someone asked him about his birth certifcate. Can you imagine his face? Even a teleprompter wouldn’t save him.

Anyway Contessa Brewer is discussing his press conference with “strategists”. Who are these people and what do they actually do for a living besides talk? Some of their advice is plain crazy. They brought up the AIG bonuses and whether barry will get some “tough” questions about it.

David Goodfriend, cohost of “Left Jab” on Sirius XM satellite radio, responds.

Absolutely. This is the second press conference in prime time of this presidency. And of course, President Obama is going to be asked tough questions, and unlike his predecessor, I would argue, he actually answers the questions – thoughtful, eloquent answers that really go to the heart of the matter.

Madness. If that were remotely true Americans would have a clue as to what are barry’s plans. And if the reporters had any integrity they would make barry admit that he knew about the bonuses even before he took office.

Mark Murray, who looks like the Cubs’ logo teddy bear, says reporters are tough.

BREWER: Is the president going to get grilled in prime time?

MURRAY: I think it will be respect, but I do think that the questions will be tough, and in fact, that’s are job. I would be hopeful that reporters from all news organizations ask very tough, but respectful, questions…I do think we’ll see a lot of tough questions.

Ten bucks nobody asks him point blank if he knew about those bonuses. And if he goes around it like he did on Leno – they don’t press him on it.

One million bucks nobody asks him to apologize for his Special Olympics insult.

A trillion bucks no one asks him about his birth certificate.

Leo Donofrio vs Danny boy Bickell (Nov 12th)

Some of you have asked for more examples of Danny Boy Bickell’s interference of the cases before the Supreme Court. After the attack on my *Orly Taitz* posts, I am reluctant to return to her site. Leo Donofrio had several contentious interactions with him as a result of Bickell’s misfiling of the case. Here is a post from Donofrio’s site from November 12th, which goes to the crux of the matter.

At issue: Bickell listed Donofrio’s case incorrectly on the docket by omitting that it had reached the NJ Supreme Court, which qualified it to go before the US Supreme Court.

Specifically, per Donofrio’s November 12th 2:10 update post:

I have an order handed down from the New Jersey Supreme Court which makes reference to the Appellate Division case as well, but the US Supreme Court Clerk’s office refuses to acknowledge the NJ Supreme Court’s review and it is that review which allows my case to go before the US Supreme Court. The Appellate Division case avoided the Constitutional issue, but the NJ Supreme Court decision raised the Constitutional issue when it specifically said in its order of denial that it had relied on  “movant’s papers” while at the same time it made no mention of Judge Sabatino’s Appellate Division order and opinion.

Here is his  regarding his conversation with Bickell.

UPDATED: 2:10 PM: Leo C. Donofrio was just contacted by Mr. Danny Bickell, Stay Clerk of the United States Supreme Court as a direct result of Mr. Bickell receiving phone calls from the public. THREE ISSUES WERE DISCUSSED:

1. He says he is now in the process of correcting the Docket to reflect that my case is before the US Supreme Court from a direct ruling of the NJ Supreme Court wherein a Constitutional issue had been raised.

2. Mr. Bickell informed me today that after he decided, improperly, not to pass on my Emergency Stay Application to Justice Souter on Nov. 3rd, that he did not owe me any special notification of such disposition of my case according to his interpretation of Supreme Court Rule 22(6) which states:

“6. The Clerk will advise all parties concerned, by appropriately speedy means, of the disposition made of an application.”

Mr. Bickell insisted that by “appropriately speedy means”, the Court Rule only demands he use ordinary mail.  I then asked him how is that different from the ordinary means by which you notify litigants as to the disposition of their cases?  And he replied, “It’s the same.” And I said, then how is that by “speedy  means”?  And he said I wasn’t entitled to a phone call or anything else.  And I said, “Then it’s your official position that Rule 22(6) calls for nothing more than the same notification as an ordinary case and that the words “appropriately speedy means” really have no special meaning at all.  And to this he replied, “That’s my official position.”

He also stated that he sent me a letter informing me of the disposition of my case.  I don’t know what he means.  On Thursday, Nov. 6th, by way of a phone conversation that I initiated, he informed me that he decided not to submit my Emergency Stay Application, which I filed four days earlier on November 3rd, to Justice Souter, which as I’ve said before was blatant Clerical misconduct since it’s not his job to play Supreme Court Justice.  Regardless, he never sent me a letter stating that he disposed of the case on his own.  After speaking to him on Thursday, he agreed to finally Docket the case.  But he did so erroneously as I have previously documented.  On Friday morning, he somewhat corrected the Docket, but he also made it reflect that Justice Souter had already decided the case.  And then he sent me a letter as to Justice Souter’s denial dated November 6th.

Speaking to Mr. Bickell a few minutes ago, I asked him what happened to my letter informing me of the first disposition back on Monday Nov. 3rd when he decided not to pass the Stay Application on to Justice Souter.  To this he replied, “That wasn’t a disposition so I didn’t have to give you any notice.”  Incredible.  He disposed of my case illegally and then said that since it wasn’t a proper disposition I wasn’t entitled to notice thereof, and certainly not by “appropriately speedy means”.  Sabotage.

This is truly unprecedented, my friends.

3.  Mr Bickell has also informed me that my renewed Application for an Emergency Stay will certainly be submitted to Justice Clarence Thomas on the day it is received.  His word isn’t worth much to me so I still need to keep trying to make the public aware of my case so that the other Justices might hear about it before the renewed Emergency Stay Application arrives.

Bickell also requested that people stop calling him, and I told him that these people are just citizens, I don’t know who they are, and I can’t command them to do anything but that they are watching the Supreme Court’s actions and they want to see that Justice is done in this case, and that Justice pertains not just to the substantive case but to the procedural aspects as well under the Supreme Court Rules which have not been followed.

I don’t think calling Mr. Bickell will do anymore good, although it certainly did influence him to get in touch with me.  So Im asking people to concentrate on sending letters to the attention of Justice Clarence Thomas and the other Supreme Court Justices US Supreme Court instead of making phone calls.  The phone calls were very helpful and served to alert Mr. Bickell and other interested parties at the US Supreme Court that the public is very interested in this case.

I still find it amazing that regular citizens could get through to Bickell and that he persisted in his (alleged) hijinks anyway.

I wonder how many people (and their germs) the preemies have been exposed to – the first two have been home only one week. The nursery is right on the first floor not far from the front door. Video tour of house.

Anyway, according to TMZ (again a gossip site gets the info), it seems Nadya’s nanny called 911 on March 17th – the day the first 2 preemies went home from the hospital. I can’t imagine Allred, a lawyer, was breaking and entering – so someone had to have let her in.

911 call was posted yesterday on TMZ.

Caller, MARCELLA identified herself as the nanny:

MARCELLA: I’d like somebody removed from the house I’m at right now.

911: Who is it?

MARCELLA: Uhm, Gloria Allred…

911: Ok, do they live there?

MARCELLA: This is the house of Nadya Suleman, and she’s just kind of being [unintelligible]

911: Ok

MARCELLA: She’s not authorized to be here.

911: Who are you?

MARCELLA: I’m a nanny – I’m her nanny.

911: Why is she there?

MARCELLA: Uhm.

She made the call but doesn’t know why “they” don’t want her there. She asks someone:

MARCELLA: Why is she here?

Can’t hear the answer if she got one. To 911 operator:

MARCELLA: She just walked in and they really don’t want her in the home.

911: Ok…And you’ve asked her to leave and she’s refusing?

MARCELLA: Yes, they’ve asked her to leave already.

911: Who-who has asked her – is Nadya there?

MARCELLA: Uhm, she’s not here yet, but she’s getting ready to come home, and she just doesn’t want her in the house when she gets here.

Sounds like it was the nannies who didn’t want Allred there watching them or whoever “they” are.

As a follow up, TMZ reports on March 18th:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ a woman who identified herself as Nadya Suleman’s nanny called 911 last night and said she needed an unwanted guest to leave. Cops tell us when they arrived, Gloria agreed to leave the house and wait outside for Nadya Suleman.

Gloria tells a very different story … that officers came and went and she remained in the house. Allred says, when Nadya arrived, “I asked her whether or not she had wanted me out of the house. She said absolutely not and that she wanted me there.”

LA Times Blog’s JESSICA GARRISON & KIMI YOSHINO:

Allred said that she was not kicked out of the house — and that it is unclear who made the 911 call because the nanny told police that she did not phone them. “I asked police if any criminal activity had been reported,” Allred said. “They said no. After speaking with me, the officers left and I remained in the house. Later, after Nadya had arrived, I asked her whether or not she had wanted me out of the house. She said absolutely not and that she wanted me there.”

I truly do not want to follow this delusional woman but my conscience won’t allow me to stop. All I have to do is think of the oldest girl whose childhood was stolen by that women’s selfish madness and by her grandparents looking the other way. So now it’s back to pornography.

The same pornography company that initially offered her $1M and a year’s worth of free healthcare for her and her 14 children in return for “acting” in an X-rated film – no nudity required – has sweetened the pot. They are now offering her porn star nannies + “a custom bus big enough for [her] and the kids” and are talking about a reality show.

When they first offered her the deal she gave them a counter offer – she admitted so in one of her interviews. I haven’t posted that post yet. Just the fact that this company, which shall remain nameless, is still making offers proves she is still considering it.

Why else would they keep at it if she had made it clear she wants nothing to do with them?

Mark my words: unless those children are taken from her she will sign a deal for a reality show.

How else is she going to pay for everything? Nannies don’t come cheap and she will need double the amount when the other preemies come home.

Octuplets: Paranoid Nadya fires *Angels in Waiting*

Well, if there was any remaining doubt about the selfishness and unfitness of that woman to care for her children – this is it: she fired Angels in Waiting (AIW).

AIW is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2005 by Linda Conforti-West, Neonatal ICU nurse and foster mom and Jackie Peebles, Infant Development Expert, and is aimed at ensuring premature infants get maximum care in order to help them “catch up”.

Angels In Waiting (AIW) is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) established in 2005 to meet the needs  of the most vulnerable population of America’s  foster children, the forgotten medically fragile preemies, Infants and children. Our mission is “to move medically fragile foster care  infants and young children into private residences under the care of Registered  and Licensed Vocational nurses as their foster parents.”

They had initially offered that mentally ill delusional woman free 24/7 care for all 14 children in their facility up in Arrowhead, California. That meant that her three older children, who already have neurological disabilities along the autism spectrum: one with ADHD that requires intense intervention, which he had not been getting, and one with speech delay that has a narrow window for treatment – would have received individual care to help them catch up.

And what did that selfish birther do?

She refused.

When pressed, she said she didn’t want to take her kids out of school and that it was “too cold” up there. And then there’s the matter of AIW refusing to allow her to have a reality show – clearly where this is heading and has always been heading. She has only so many family photos she can sell and her father assured GMA that “she’s not the kind of person” to take the $1M + 1 year free healthcare offer to do a pornographic movie.

In a completely separate move, Gloria Allred had filed a complaint with the police alleging that Nadya was unable to care for her children. Both happened on the same day – the complaint and the offer by Angels in Waiting – setting off her paranoia. Add that AIW is geared towards helping premature foster children — she will do anything to keep her meal tickets in her possession – even to their obvious detriment, as evidenced by her decision to fire AIW.

When AIW’s offer was refused, they engaged the services of Gloria Allred: a high-powered, well-known and well-regarded attorney, who specializes in defending women. Allred then became directly involved in the process, which served to increase that woman’s paranoia.

Kaiser Permanente, the hospital in which she birthed and whose bill she is not paying, after seeing the filthy and unsafe conditions (didn’t have a smoke alarm, had food stuck on the walls and was completely unchildproofed) the older 6 were living in, told her she would have to rectify matters before any of the octuplets were sent home. This prompted a distress call to Dr Phil, who then intervened. Gloria Allred, AIW and that woman met with Dr Phil at his palatial estate and came to an agreement – see links below.

Dr Phil then boosted his ratings by having that woman on his show – two day – and getting folks to give her free stuff. The diaper and formula companies redacted their offer because of her behavior and the negative publicity brought on by it.

She was interviewed by the hospital’s Social Service folks, who then went out to her new house and still found it to be lacking and made specific demands, which evidently were fulfilled. That woman was supposed to meet them there, but she did not. Instead, she was at her other house being interviewed by Radaronline – where she is keeping a daily blog. Thankfully they are capturing her daily madness, which will make excellent exhibits in the future custody court cases.

Of note in that interview–besides the decibel level that the preemies will and most likely have been exposed to–she discussed the fact she had no money or donations for the nanny care, and yet, she had just moved into a $564,900 house instead of having the other one fixed up. Could be because it is in foreclosure because the grandmother had not made a mortgage payment since May 2008 and was more than $23K in arrears, having already abandoned a house and filed for bankruptcy.

The hospital then deemed it safe to release the first two preemies to her care while AIW was still involved. Things appeared to be going well enough for the hospital to release two more. At present, there are 4 preemies completely reliant on that selfish woman’s care. I don’t know how many nannies and volunteers are involved.

Over the weekend, her paranoia blossomed full time and she had enough, according to her lawyer. Thing is she never really trusted Allred or AIW–she admitted so in her Dr Phil appearance with AIW in attendance–and only took them on because the preemies’ release from the hospital was basically dependent on AIW being on board.

Because she had refused to go along with the initial plan, AIW offered only to train her nannies on how to care and interact with the preemies. It is unclear if she is paying for it or if the California taxpayers are picking that up, also. She is/was convinced that it’s because there are no donations. She refuses their offer, then complains about it. Allred, as AIW’s representative, has denied the allegation.

Can anyone blame the lack of donations – even though AIW said not a single penny would go to any of that woman’s family? She was intent on using every single one of those embryos no matter how many children the pregnancies resulted in. She didn’t mean to but she admitted it in her interview with her mother on radaronline. See body language interview below.

According to USMAGAZINE.com (USM), she was certain they were “spying” on her. As a aside, I find it interesting that the best and most reliable source of information comes from gossip celebrity sites. I wonder how much they paying her per word? But for once they are serving a useful purpose.

NADYA: Yes, it’s true. I released AIW. It was really bad. That’s all I can say. I can’t confirm, why, in particular. I will be releasing the details soon.

Who can possibly believe this? How bad is something that is free and geared toward the benefit of all 14 of her children? And I hope to God that a report has been made. AIW has no self-interest. They function through private funding and have spent a great deal of their time–uncompensated–dealing with this selfish woman for the sake of the children. If they not had the children as their primary concern they would have given up when that woman first refused their care. Dr Phil is another matter.

USM: Her spokesman accused the non-profit charity group…of spying on her and reporting her to child welfare officials.

Suleman had several confrontations with the nurses, her attorney Jeff Czech said. Relations worsened Sunday when Suleman came to believe that Angels in Waiting founder Linda West-Conforti was allegedly filing a report against her with child welfare officials.

Said Czech, “Nadya felt that she was being judged wrongfully, and she didn’t need it.”

CZECH: It started out adversarial and never really resolved itself. Nadya felt that she was being judged wrongfully and she didn’t need it. All it did was make a difficult situation worse.

“She” didn’t need it. Once again she is putting her needs ahead of the preemies – clear proof of her unfitness. If there was a problem why fire them? Why not bring in Social Services or DCFS – why they exist – and have them watch the interactions firsthand?

USM: Suleman — who has custody of four infants so far — says she’ll rely on her own nannies — whom she had planned to hire regardless of Angels in Waiting’s assistance — to care for the babies instead.

Kaiser Permanente nurses have now taken over the job of teaching the nannies – and her – how to care for the children. She gave birth on Jan 26th and is unable to instruct the nannies herself.

AP: Czech said that Suleman will have her nannies trained by nurses from the Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center, where the octuplets were born on Jan. 26. Kaiser spokesman Jim Anderson said the hospital sends out home health nurses to provide training and guidance to new mothers, and at least two such visits have been made to the Suleman home. Anderson said he was not sure how much the program costs.

And the lawyer, who is acting as spokesperson, told PEOPLE:

CZECH: It was a poor fit from the start. Suleman felt uncomfortable by some of the things that Gloria Allred said, starting with her complaint to CPS.

Yeah, because Allred’s on to her. She is not someone who will back down and she certainly knows the law.

A 24 hour videocam placed in view of the preemies should be a condition at this point. That is the only way the truth will come out, and more importantly, would ensure the safety of the preemies. I don’t know how much Radaronline has captured of this supposed really bad-ness she alleges – I haven’t been watching her videos for the last week – she disgusts me, if you haven’t noticed by now. However, the sheer volume and factual nature of these posts should demonstrate that it is born not out of personal bias, but rather from watching her many videos and keeping apprised of developments by fellow citizen, Mrs Etta Mae Perkins.

USM: According to RadarOnline.com, which first broke the story RadarOnline.com, members of Angels in Waiting are scheduled to tape an episode of Dr. Phil Tuesday. Suleman also hopes to appear on the show to defend herself.

And what type of defense might that be? Guess we will find out later today on Radaronline. AIW will evidently air on Dr Phil tomorrow.

And what is it going to take for DCFS to intervene before one of those preemies are re-hospitalized?

Andrew Cuomo: $30M of AIG bonuses may be returned

Andrew Cuomo, NY Attorney General, says some of the AIG bonus recipients are willing to return the money. He sure sounds like his son.

CUOMO (phone call): So far 9 of the top 10 recipients have agreed to give the bonuses back. Of the top 20 recipients, 15 have agreed to return the bonuses. Those bonuses will be returned in full…I would like to say to the individuals who have given the money back, you have done the “right thing.” You’ve done what this country now needs and demands…It might be possible to recoup at the end of the process, approximately $80M, which is approximately half the amount received by Americans…

If a person returns the money, I don’t believe there’s a public interest in releasing their names.

Well that’s a subtle brand of blackmail: return the money and nobody knows you were a greedy, selfish pig. Don’t, and the nation will know exactly who you are. Bravo, Mr Cuomo.

FYI:What are the chances the top recipient is the one refusing to return the money?

• Top recipient received more than $6.4 million
• Top seven bonus recipients each received more than $4 million
• Top 10 bonus recipients received a combined $42 million
• 22 individuals received bonuses of $2 million or more, and combined, they received more than $72 million
• 73 individuals received bonuses of $1 million or more
• 11 individuals who received $1 million or more are no longer working at AIG, including one who received $4.6 million

Recall that these bonuses were pawned off as “retention bonuses” and yet 11 don’t even work there anymore. How many of them are returning the money? Those names should be top of the list, whether they returned the money or not.

IMG is asking 1200 of its employess to return bonuses. How much of the bailout money went to bonuses? And how much did Geithner, hence barry, know about it beforehand?

Every single person who received a bonus derived from the bailout should have their name listed somewhere and then every single one of them should have a simple background check to see if they have paid their taxes prior to receiving it. If not – the money should be have to be immediately surrendered + fines.

barry went on his media adoration tour while Geithner and Dodd tried to get their lies straight. He golfed while Hamas and Israel had at each other. And instead of admitting he knew about the bonuses before he took office (as did Geithner) he make fun of Special Olympians.

WHICH HE STILL HAS YET TO APOLOGIZE FOR.

And then 60 Minutes was a regular riot. Nobody held barry accountable for his comments. What’s he gonna have to do – laugh at people without a job? Well he did that too. Watch.

What about you folks in Detroit and Toledo? You find it hilarious what he had to say about the auto industry? Ha-ha-ha. Did you like when he said he got to take some of the weekend off? That he had time to read? That he thought the governing was easy?

He was flirting with Steve Kroft. Kroft who loves him back couldn’t let the giggling go and asked him if he was punch drunk.

“Gallows humor” barry called it and kept laughing.

Did anyone see a millisecond of concern on barry’s face?

From CNN: Kroft also said Obama displayed his trademark calmness even with all of the challenges his young administration is facing. “I found him probably more relaxed this week than at any other time that I have interviewed him,” Kroft told Kurtz.

It’s not calmness – it’s cluelessness and the afterglow of the obamessiah’s adoration. Just watch this a few times with the sound off.

Is this the guy you want driving the ship? There’s calm = Sullenberger and there’s fratboy = Bush and then there’s barry who doesn’t have a clue and doesn’t feel the need to get one.

Where is the sense of urgency in his face as pertains the nation?

Would someone please tell him the election is over and that it’s time to do something?

I challenge you to secure a copy of the Kos/factcheck COLB and allow a disinterested third party to investigate it’s authenticity. Someone not remotely affiliated with barry or any of his minions.

If a reputable third party looks at it and deems definitively that it is not a forgery, each day, for as long as we exist, this site will devote a post extolling the awesomeness that is Politico and it’s writers – even Roger Simon.
