For those who still insist that barry cannot obtain a certified copy of his original long form birth certificate. He can. At any time. He admits in his book to already having one in his possession.

Categories of persons with a direct and tangible interest in the birth certificate:
- Those listed as entitled to obtain a copy of an original birth certificate include the person born, or “registrant” according to the legal description from the governor’s office
- the spouse or parent of the registrant
- a descendant of the registrant
- a person having a common ancestor with the registrant
- a legal guardian of the registrant
- a person or agency acting on behalf of the registrant.
That means anyone barry says ok to can get a copy.
You folks want tinfoil conspiracy? Talk to the folks who want to collect barry’s DNA to compare to his indigent brother George in Kenya – who happens to share a “common ancestor with the registrant”.
Or does he?
That leads you to the folks who are convinced barry is Malcolm X’s son.
Have to say – is there anyone who believes barry jr in the least way resembles barry sr?

Precisely. The categories of people with a direct and tangible interest in the birth certificate are the people who can receive the COLB. The COLB is the only birth certificate that Hawaii sends out. It IS a birth certificate, though it is not the original birth certificate.
Definitions of Birth Certificate:
Merriam-Webster: Birth Certificate: A copy of an official record of a person’s date and place of birth and parentage.
Oxford Dictionary: Birth Certificate: Noun An official document recording a person’s place and date of birth and identifying them by name and by the name of their parents.
Wikipedia: Birth Certificate: A birth certificate is a vital record that documents the birth of a child. Outside the United States, the term “birth certificate” refers to a certification of the original birth record. In the United States, the term “birth certificate” can refer to either the original document or to a certification thereof.
The Department of Health of Hawaii has said repeatedly that it sends out only the COLB to ANYONE. That means to Obama or to anyone else on the list who may be eligible to get a copy. Now as for Obama having seen a copy of the original birth certificate, that is very likely. But he may have lost it, so all we know that he can get is the COLB–which is all that Hawaii sends out.
Fortunately, the COLB is an official document, stating clearly that Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, which was before Hawaii law was changed to allow the registration of births outside of Hawaii.

If Barry is a true American and has everyone’s welfare at heart he would disclose his birth certificate and end all the discussion about it. In my mind he is either stubborn or he doesn’t have a legal b-cert. I don’t know. All I know is, America made one of the biggest mistakes ever by electing him president. I have no president. I have no administration. We have to expose this guy for what he really is. Someone out there can shed light on it. It has become a non-party problem not Demo. or Rep. All citizens will be affected by this “Court Jester” and his band of clowns.
