So now RNC Chairman Michael Steele is denying he ever asked to speak at the Chicago Tea Party. This after Eric Odom of the DontGo Movement (Tea Party organizers) said (4-8) that he could listen but not speak. For full background from Rick Santelli’s rant – the inspiration – follow the links below.
April 10th, Paul Bedard, from Washington Whispers (US News) seems to have an inside source who said Steele never planned to speak and did ask to speak. DontGo responded with a press release saying Steele did but did include proof. (That I found.)
…Yesterday, when I heard about this, I called the RNC, which said that Steele plans to be in Chicago for a party meeting and was just interested in getting info on the event and the attendees.
“He never asked to speak,” says a party official. “There was never an expectation nor formal request for our participation.”
“He’s in a daylong meeting anyway, so we weren’t ever going to be speaking,” said an official. “It was just a ‘Hey, we’re going to be in town’ call.”
Well, after we E-mailed Don’t Go, organizers there must have realized the news value of their claim. They put out a news release titled: “RNC Chairman Denied. Steele Not Wanted to Speak at Chicago Tea Party.”
The RNC’s reaction: “They’re just having a little fun.”
Gov Quinn, with his blago-predicted tax hikes, has given the Chicago Tea Party legitimacy. it’s an issue that affects all of us here in Illinois – democrats included. Michael Steele in his infinite panderment – seeing the media picked up on it – wanted to speak at the Tea Party but he got dissed instead. He’s welcome…to listen. Does anyone like this guy? Was he given the job so people could hate him and then they could make a change?

As I mentioned on the phone the other day, I very much appreciate the fact that Chairman Steele is now finally starting to reach out to the true grassroots side of the free-market movement in America. Unfortunately, it appears that he has only just decided to reach out after realizing how big the movement has gotten and how much media is now involved.
That said, we’re still excited to know that Chairman Steele will be in Chicago and we hope, after knowing that he’ll be in the city, that he’ll stop by and mingle with the Americans who will be rallying on April 15th. This will also present a fantastic time for Chairman Steele to LISTEN to what we have to say and perhaps gather some thoughts on what the RNC needs to be doing moving forward.
With regards to stage time, we respectfully must inform Chairman Steel that RNC officials are welcome to participate in the rally itself, but we prefer to limit stage time to those who are not elected officials, both in Government as well as political parties. This is an opportunity for Americans to speak, and elected officials to listen, not the other way around.
I do hope that Chairman Steele will join us as a regular American in protest of Government spending and extreme taxation.
This is a partial transcript of Robert Gibbs going off on Rick Santelli the day after Santelli’s rant. He does it in his typically rude manner – condescending and sarcastic. It’s embarrassing. All he knows how to do is attack any and all barry naysayers. The reporter asks Gibbs a general question “people” and Gibbs focusing on one = Santelli. That is not professional. No one cares, which is why POTUS & FL went overseas and embarrassed the entire country.

Q — there really does appear to be some anger out there from people who just don’t believe the President when he said that only people who acted responsibly are going to be helped here. How can you assure people that you’re going to reward only people, only homeowners who acted responsibly?
MR. GIBBS: Well, let’s go through this, because I do think this is very important. And I’ve watched Mr. Santelli on cable the past 24 hours or so. I’m not entirely sure where Mr. Santelli lives, or in what house he lives, but the American people are struggling every day to meet their mortgage, stay in their job, pay their bills, to send their kids to school, and to hope that they don’t get sick or that somebody they care for gets sick and sends them into bankruptcy.
I think we said a few months ago the adage that if it was good for a derivatives trader that it was good for Main Street. I think the verdict is in on that.
Here’s what this plan will do: For the very first time, this plan helps those who have acted responsibly, played by the rules, and made their mortgage payments. This will help people who aren’t in trouble yet keep from getting in trouble. You can’t stay in this program unless you continue to make mortgage payments. That’s important for Mr. Santelli and millions of Americans to understand.
Here’s what this plan won’t do: It won’t help somebody trying to flip a house. It won’t bail out an investor looking to make a quick buck. It won’t help speculators that were betting on a risky market. And it is not going to help a lender who knowingly made a bad loan. And it is not going to help — as the President said in Phoenix, it is not going to help somebody who has long ago known they were in a house they couldn’t afford. That’s why the President was very clear in saying this was not going to stop every person’s home from being foreclosed.
But Mr. Santelli has argued, I think quite wrongly, that this plan won’t help everyone. This plan will help, by the money that’s invested in Freddie and Fannie — will drive down mortgage rates for millions of Americans.
That’s not what I heard. I heard that everyone is getting stuck covering a subset of people – people who were irresponsible. Folks who do not need help will be paying back the deficit for decades through no fault of their own. They are not being helped. Nor are the folks who don’t have mortgages.
The President in his speech was very clear in saying that every American with a mortgage payment should call their lender and see if they can refinance right now. This plan helps people that have been playing by the rules but can’t get refinancing, get that refinancing so their home doesn’t become foreclosed on.
And Mr. Santelli might also know that if you live in a home that’s near one that’s been foreclosed, your home value has likely dropped about 9 percent, which for the average home is about $20,000.

Now, every day when I come out here, I spend a little time reading, studying on the issues, asking people who are smarter than I am questions about those issues. I would encourage him to read the President’s plan and understand that it will help millions of people, many of whom he knows. I’d be more than happy to have him come here and read it. Q I want to sort of follow up on the criticism that – MR. GIBBS: Let me do this, too. This is a copy of the President’s home affordability plan. It’s available on the White House web site, and I would encourage him: download it, hit print, and begin to read it.
Does it get more unprofessional. They talk about transparency but only some of the “plans” and bills make it to the website. It’s not either or some it’s all. Transparency is not conditional. Ofuscate once – transparency impossible.
Q The criticism that’s coming on the housing plan is similar to the criticism that came on the bank bailout vote before you came into office and in Phase II, which is there are people who were irresponsible who will be helped — period. It’s going — that is a fact, that is going to be — that is going to be — people are going to use that to say this is not fair. So what do you — how do you — you know, how do you justify that? I mean, how do you –
Just wait and it eventually seeps out if pressed = the truth.
MR. GIBBS: Well, look, there is – there will be people that made bad decisions that, in some ways, will get help. This plan, though, I think it’s important for the American people to understand, was designed to help those that have been responsible.
As the President has said, if your neighbor’s house is on fire or if several houses are on fire, you don’t debate it; you get a hose and try to put the fire out. That’s what’s most important. This plan will stop the spread of those foreclosures because it addresses those that are — that potentially could be in trouble but aren’t there yet, get the help they need so that the foreclosure sign doesn’t go up on their front yard.
But I also think it’s tremendously important that for people who rant on cable television to be responsible and understand what it is they’re talking about. I feel assured that Mr. Santelli doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
Rant on cable TV? What about his best buds Chris Matthews, Herr Olbermann, David Schuster and Rachel Maddow? And then there’s Cafferty, King, Roland Martin…
Chris Matthews had Rick Santelli on (2-20) to discuss the rant. Santelli said it was more philosophical: a card laid is a card played. The government shouldn’t get in the middle of a contract. He also slips in the word “redistribute” and matthews doesn’t even notice.

Harry Kalas, voice of the Philadelphia Phillies, passed today. Fine just minutes earlier, he was found unresponsive in the broadcast booth. Phillies broadcasting manager Rob Brooks performed CPR on Kalas until paramedicas arrived. He was transported to George Washington University Medical Center and prounced dead at 1:20. Cause of death unknown.

I think Harry Kalas was one of the great broadcasters in American sports history. Not only did he have a wonderful voice – one of the best voices ever in American sportbroadcasting – but he combined that with a strong work ethic, which really made him the special announcer that he was.
I don’t believe in the Curse…of the Billy Goat, of the black cat or of poor Steve Bartman. If anything it would be some evil White Sox fan circling the cosmos torturing Ron Santo. But somebody must think the curse exists and that offering up a sacrificial goat to Harry Caray is the way to break it. Or they were drunk and needed some cash.
Around 2:30 this morning (Opening Day) police found a dead goat hanging by a rope off Harry Caray’s arm. No word on what condition it was in.

Previous Chief of Staff Lon Monk, who is also cooperating with Feds is set to be arraigned April 24.
Blago was initially arrested on December 9th for conspiracy to sell barry’s senate seat. Nobody cares that Burris bought it from barry for $50K. Milorad was formally indicted April 2nd on 19 counts of political corruption including conspiracy, racketeering and wire fraud. Two of his lawyers have already quit and the judge has not yet ruled whether he will be able to use the $2M he has in his war chest.
We have nothing to do with Orly Taitz or anyone else or any other sites. I don’t know anything about the actual folks involved, like Lisa and defendusx. Sorry. It sounds like there is a lot of history there though and it makes them seem like sniping cats at a time when they should be most professional. If this is a problem that will be ongoing they should open a separate blog for the personal issues. It seems like they forget the historic and grave nature of all this. In the middle of court proceedings there will be these catty emails/posts that won’t reflect well on anyone.

I have sent a Cease and Desist letter to Lisa [deleted] advising her to stop operating DefendOur Freedoms sites and stop using my pictures and posts and write posts under the name defend Our Freedoms foundation, as this foundation is registered under my name.
Here is the explanation straight from Orly Taitz’s temporary blog from defendUsx at www.repubx.com/. I don’t know who these folks’ real names are. When I emailed them for confirmation of their initial explanation *Jesse* responded. There seems to be some personal enmity between parties that doesn’t exactly look good right now. I think they need to explain this further considering all the folks who have gone out their way, donated time and money, and/or put their reputations on the line. They don’t explain the abrupt shut down.
What ticks me off – something Taitz needs to explain ASAP – is the revelation that she authorized an unknown 3rd party to access to her visitor’s information at her first blog drorly.blogspot.com without any disclaimer being posted. Not just registered posters – visitors.

Allow me to give you background on that.
That drorly.blogspot.com did have some nefarious functions. But those functions were authorized by Orly. I assumed it was because she didn’t understand the internet. There was a 3rd party program added to drorly.blogspot.com. This program was collecting everyones information and transfering it to an unknown server. Anyone that visited the site. Anyone that posted at the site. The data was being collected. Why? I don’t know. Did Orly know? Yes she did. She authorized the head webmaster for that blog to install it on 12/24/08.
I don’t know about you but this revelation is more than upsetting. She just lost a great deal of credibility in my eyes. She did what she is claiming bots and the government have been doing to her all the while knowingly allowing it to be done to her supporters. Doesn’t matter whether she was aware of the internet or not. She never came clean – long after she should have – especially in light of her letter to the FBI.
Lisa, you recommended that she have this after it was already installed. Both you and the webmaster had a hand in this. The FBI should investigate that too.
The data transfer took place via a jave script program plus a put command that enabled FTP transfer. I have more screen shots on this. But my point is, the java program is what caused trouble with people using the site. The browsers and people fire walls don’t allow data collection that easily. So people had trouble on the site.
Lisa, Firewalls allow all port 80 requests to websites. The FTP port would simply be blocked and not used otherwise. It would not interfere with the connection request. It would be uninterrupted.
Now, for the real question .. I think many of us would like to know. When Orly wanted to file the complaint to the FBI, about her PayPal account being hacked, why did you say at this point and time in that if she filed the complaint, her blog hosting would be terminated?
You also stated she wanted her PayPal account hacked? Please amuse us, i’m wondering why anyone would want to lose their money that other people donated to them?

On February 19th, Rick Santelli ranted from the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange on CNBC’s Squawk Box in response to barry’s mortgage bailout plans. Here is the transcript and video. Afterward, barrymedia said it was preplanned because of the immediate response by grassrooters.You decide.
It seems the barrymedia were a little upset that the internet it seems works for nonbarryites and dissension regarding anything barry does is met with stiff opposition and public ridicule. Thing is the majority of Americans agreed with him. According to a Rasmussen Poll taken that week – 55% of the American people felt that the plan was rewarding bad behavior. It wasn’t so much planned as it was perfectly in tune with the public’s outrage, who also know how to use the internet.

RICK SANTELLI: The government is promoting bad behavior. Because we certainly don’t want to put stimulus forth and give people a whopping $8 or $10 in their check, and think that they ought to save it, and in terms of modifications… I’ll tell you what, I have an idea.
You know, the new administration’s big on computers and technology– How about this, President and new administration? Why don’t you put up a website to have people vote on the Internet as a referendum to see if we really want to subsidize the losers’ mortgages; or would we like to at least buy cars and buy houses in foreclosure and give them to people that might have a chance to actually prosper down the road, and reward people that could carry the water instead of drink the water?

KERNEN: Hey Rick, how about the notion that, Wilbur pointed out, you can go down to 2% on the mortgage…
SANTELLI: You could go down to -2%. They can’t afford the house.
KERNEN: …and still have 40%, and still have 40% not be able to do it. So why are they in the house? Why are we trying to keep them in the house?
SANTELLI: I know Mr. Summers is a great economist, but boy, I’d love the answer to that one.
REBECCA QUICK: Wow. Wilbur, you get people fired up.
SANTELLI: We’re thinking of having a Chicago Tea Party in July. All you capitalists that want to show up to Lake Michigan, I’m gonna start organizing.

SANTELLI: Do you think I want to take a shower every hour? The last place I’m ever gonna live or work is D.C.
KERNEN: Have you raised any money for Blago?
SANTELLI: No, but I think that somebody’s gonna have to start raising money for us.

SANTELLI: Listen, all’s I know is, is that there’s only about 5% of the floor population here right now, and I talk loud enough they can all hear me. So if you want to ask ‘em anything, let me know. These guys are pretty straight forward, and my guess is, a pretty good statistical cross-section of America, the silent majority.
QUICK: Not so silent majority today. So Rick, are they opposed to the housing thing, to the stimulus package, to everything out there?
SANTELLI: You know, they’re pretty much of the notion that you can’t buy your way into prosperity, and if the multiplier that all of these Washington economists are selling us is over… that we never have to worry about the economy again. The government should spend a trillion dollars an hour because we’ll get 1.5 trillion back.
WILBUR ROSS: Rick, I congratulate you on your new incarnation as a revolutionary leader.
SANTELLI: Somebody needs one. I’ll tell you what, if you read our founding fathers, people like Benjamin Franklin and Jefferson,… What we’re doing in this country now is making them roll over in their graves.
Mr Jack Livitsky – here you go. I had to dig deep into the archive drafts to find everything. The Tax Day Tea Party movement sprang out of Rick Santelli’s spontaneous (yes) rant from the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange on CNBC’s Squawk Box. It’s hysterical and got a lot of play. And like everything else – media attention => grassroots action – in this case for good reason. According to a Rasmussen Poll 55% of the American People thought barry’s plan was rewarding bad behavior.
barrymedia of course morphed it into a personal attack on barry and went after Santelli, which of course stoked Santelli and generic anti-barry fans. Chris Matthews had Santelli on and had to ask him who he voted for and then compared him to Limbaugh and Hannity. Robert Gibbs the White House Spokesman was disrespectful and sarcastic in defense of barry. I’m not sure when they are going to realize that frat boy campaign press handling shows just how inexperienced and arrogant barry and his people are. The WH press corp is showing how unprofessional they are by allowing it to go on.
The Chicago Tea Party organizers “Don’t Go” said they received a request from RNC Chairman Michael Steele to speak but Eric Odom of Don’t Go said it was a gathering for We The People to speak and that he was welcome to attend and listen. Steele said he never asked to speak and Don’t Go answered back.
The Tea Party encouraged folks to send tea bags to DC, which caused a ruckus in the senate post office because of the loose leafy contents. They wondered why barry’s weed dealers weren’t able to deliver it in person! Although the tea parties are not directly related to barry’s eligibility issue – the tea bags were sweet revenge for the Anthrax quarantine.

You knew ASU’s decision would come down to race. CNN’s Mark Preston asks:
And isn’t Obama’s election as the first African-American president a “significant” achievement in this country?
Yes, it is – for the country – not barry. It wasn’t barry who brought around that achievement – it was the American People – who voted for him based on a nebulous concept of change! which he came through on: IRAQ to name one. He had no accomplishments to merit him the job – if he were a woman of any genetic makeup he would have been laughed out of Iowa – and his campaign was based on personal attacks, race-baiting, white guilt and extreme media bias.
If that is something worthy of an honorary degree then have at it.
It’s time to stop this race crap, folks. He was elected president. He holds the highest Office in the land and in the world – whether or not he is eligible – and race no longer pertains to his job performance. Open your eyes and treat him just like you did President Bush – critically.
And why do folks conveniently forget he is equally of European descent as African and is a descendant of slave owners not slaves? The narrative, which was based on mostly inflated falsehoods started by barry and promoted by an unabashed and bizarre proobamedia, is over. It was racist to mention his middle name during the campaign but he gets inaugurated with it and panders it throughout the middle east.
Says everything you need to know about barry: political expedience.
He’s 3 months in – judge him on that – which would not be judged a success if the media were to look at the reality of his first 100 day like clear-eyed historians will soon do. His tax cheat-filled appointments – most notably the head of the IRS – are enough to start.

I acknowledge, at first blush I really didn’t think this was a big deal. So what if Obama wasn’t presented with an honorary degree? Then I came to my senses.
He returned to his glazed-eyed devotion to someone he knows nothing about and mounted the charge like all the other barryfans who have nothing else to write about except perceived barry slights.
PRESTON: Isn’t it simply common sense and common courtesy to present the president of the United States with an honorary degree — especially if you invite him to participate in your commencement ceremony?
He didn’t qualify for their honorary degree – so what good would it be if they gave it to him? And why do they quote other folks who have gotten it? Sandra Day O’Connor being named the first female Supreme Court Justice far outshines barry becoming president. By far. Her achievement was based solely on her body of work and on who she was as a person – not as the culmination of Affirmative Action or the raging of crazy feminists and screams of sexism! at every turn. She had achieved something. She acted when there were consequences. She stood for something and she stood up and behind her convictions – not wavering, waffling and changing position based on polls.
PRESTON: There still is time for the university to reverse its decision and present him with that piece of paper.
No matter what ASU does – their proclamation will never change, nor will the media’s predictable manlove slight and outrage. Their making a big production out of it proved once again that their words are meaninglessly biased. Something that could have passed unnoticed, they publicized, embarrassing barry even more – not ASU. ASU knew exactly what they were doing when they made their decision. It’s their honorary degree and they chose to maintain the integrity of it. barry deserves nothing and for once somebody took a stand. They should be congratulated not excoriated.
The fact is: he didn’t merit it in any fashion – least of all because of his DNA.
What is most telling in all of this – he is not speaking at either of his Ivy League alma maters Harvard and Columbia. No one can possibly believe that if he were offered an opportunity to speak he wouldn’t have taken it. Attempting to trash Senator McCain and pandering to college students would never, in barry’s world, take precedence over his pride.
Pastor Rick Warren was slated to appear on This Week with George Stephanopolous, He wasn’t. He canceled at the last minute citing exhaustion.
STEPHANOPOULOS: Happy Easter and Happy Passover. For those of you tuning in this morning expecting to hear from Pastor Rick Warren, we were too, but the pastor’s representatives canceled moments before the scheduled interview, saying that Mr. Warren is sick from exhaustion.
It must have been complete exhaustion for him not to seize the opportunity to speak to the world on Easter.
Here he discusses the possible biological nature of homosexuality – whether if it were found to be genetic – would he change his position. The answer is no – but the reasoning is not the same…for the last 5000 years…every religion says 1 man 1 woman. He seems to have forgotten Mormons and the curious fact that there are homosexual animals.
Instead he equates it to promoscuity and immaturity and lack of characters – all value judgments – not 5000 years of objective history.

Notice that he says a man and a woman – not one man and one woman thereby leaving out Mormonism.

Orly Taitz seems to be alive and well. She has posted two pictures at the interim blog about the LA Tea Party. Nothing about the abrupt shut down of her site. And WND wrote a little profile on her. We also got an email confirming that www.repubx.com is her interim blog and that the FBI complaint was the issue.
Nadya’s lawyer, Jeff Czech’s turn to tell his side of the situation. Raul Roa aka Octorazzi did a Q & A of sorts. They discuss AIW, Allred, the agreements between AIW & Nadya and the appearance on the Dr Phil show where Czech actually said that Allred was “hogging the media”. About the non-disclosure form he wanted AIW and Gloria Allred to sign:
CZECH: I require all persons entering the Suleman home on business to execute a simple non-disclosure agreement. AIW nurses were not excepted, especially when I learned they were photographing the house and persons inside and then lied/denied it. In fact, that is what Allred and I basically argued about the night the first two babies arrived.
And the transparency agreement between AIW and Nadya?
CZECH: The “agreement” that Allred prepared was just a document she put together for the show so she could have a photo session over it and have something to exhibit on the show. It was not a legally binding contract that could be “breached”. Nadya did not read it; I took no part in it; I was not even shown the document until after the show, but I knew it was not a “real” contract.
He didn’t know about it is supposed to be an excuse? And he never saw it but knew it wasn’t a real contract. See the copy of the contract below. It appears that AIW and Nadya both signed it. There is no third party signature or handwritten date, but if both signatures are legitimate – so is the agreement. As saying she did not read something that consists of two sentences and signed it anyway just adds to the argument that she has no judgment.
His tone alone says alot.
Sounds there was some truth to AIW taking pictures. Doesn’t say exactly what they took the pictures of. It was meant that they not take photos to sell or otherwise promote. Photographing evidence of neglect or too back up their reports to CPS is another story.
CZECH: The nurses were offering free services and that was the main attraction. Dr. Phil pushed AIW on Nadya also. In the green room, however, Allred had Linda Conforti sign an agreement that the nurses would not take photos, thus you see why I took Allred to task after the nurses were caught taking photos. AIW also promised to provide an accounting of donations and to provide their credentials and proof of insurance to me; they provided nothing after several requests.
AIW alleges that out of the 102 hours they were present (March 17-22), Nadya was in the nursery caring for her preemies for only a total of 8. [ 3-27 Allred/Conforti-West on Early Show] The AIW nurses kept charts and there’s all the radaronline footage of her shopping and outside the home.
CZECH: I don’t know how Conforti came up with 105 hours; she certainly was not personally there that much and slept all night if she was there at night time.
Here he says the babies just needed to be cared for like “normal babies”. They are not normal babies, even more so because of the environment they live in.
CZECH: According to Kaiser, the babies would not be released until they could be cared for like ‘normal’ babies. So no, they did not require special care other than to take extra precautions to keep sickness away. The training that Kaiser provided the nannies involved feeding, cleaning, cpr, caring/holding the infants. Nothing like Conforti was claiming was necessary.
Here again it’s self interest vs professional experience. Kaiser is losing money for as long as the octuplets are in the hospital. Potential private insurance patients are kept from getting a bed, which is being billed to Medi-Cal. Getting them out of the hospital and into home care is a win-win. They open the beds for paying patients and still bill the state for their home health care nurses. AIW was going to included intensive treatment for all 14 – something Kaiser cannot.
His logic is a tad convoluted here.
CZECH: Regarding Kaiser and Medi-Cal, I believe that Kaiser is still billing Medi-Cal for the final treatment of the babies. Keep in mind that this is not unusual. Ms. Allred’s… statement that Suleman has chosen to put the burden on the taxpayers is flat out wrong.
First, Kaiser would be involved whether or not AIW was involved.
Second, Conforti stated that if enough money was not raised then she would bill medical for AIW’s services.
So you see, Nadya’s decision to dump AIW is actually beneficial to the taxpayers and those persons willing to donate to AIW. Nadya pays for the nannies herself and soon Kaiser will end its major treatments.
Kaiser, Medi-Cal, nurses, taxpayers…And where was any words about what was best for the octuplets, and more importantly, the older children who are being neglected in all of this? As far as I am aware, the older children have not received any type of counseling to help them adapt to the octuplets. The oldest girl said on video that she didn’t want the octuplets to come home because the crying would set off Nadya.
Who is looking out for her needs? And why doesn’t/shouldn’t the little girl’s opinion matter?
This according to CNN. Evidently one of the four pirates was aboard the Naval warship USS Bainbridge negotiating. The other three were on the life boat with Captain Phillips. It doesn’t say exactly how or why but Phillips jumped into the water and the Navy Seals shot and killed the three Somalis. The other was taken into custody. Very odd to think of using a gun to kill pirates on a boat.
Phillips had been held hostage since Wednesday, after offering himself up as hostage. He had attempted escape by diving into the water and reportedly they shot at him and a pirate dove in and brought him back. The ship he was captaining – the Alabama – made it into port at Mombasa Kenya, yesterday.
Sound familiar?
Think the FBI as long as they are there are going to look into where their fearless leader is from? Maybe interrogate grandmother Sarah? No need. They already know and don’t care.

Yes it takes me a while to post these things. Here are more comments from Gloria Allred about allegations Nadya made and some interesting facts I wasn’t aware of. Like on the night the first two octuplets went home, Allred showed up at Nadya’s house with a check from Dr Phil related fundraising. It was the same day a woman, “Marcella”, who described herself as Nadya’s nanny, called 911 to have Gloria Allred removed from the house. [3-22 911 call] She wasn’t. Nadya didn’t want her to leave. Guess we now know why.
Gloria Allred, in her [3-25 statement] said she emailed Dr Phil, who had brokered the deal, on 3-22 saying that under the circumstances AIW could not continue. She didn’t mention sending a copy to Czech and I don’t know if Dr Phil forwarded him a copy but Czech sent an email to Allred terminating their services.

A major point of discord was the non-disclosure form that Czech wanted AIW to sign even though Nadya agreed on the Dr Phil Show to complete transparency. [3-10/11 Dr Phil] The conflict started the first night.
Allred said that from the first night the babies came home, Czech “insisted on a non-disclosure form everyone” who worked at the home, contractors, nurses and nannies even though Suleman had signed an agreement while at the Dr. Phil Show that allowed West-Conforti to speak out. “I need your crew to sign these,” Allred says Czech told her.
In a March 9 printed email that was sent from Allred’s office to Dr. Phil Show producer Wendi Wan, there are signatures purported to be that of Suleman and West-Conforti which states “Linda Conforti shall be entitled to provide information to the public at her discretion as to the children’s health, safety and welfare…”
According to Allred, Czech threw copies of the agreement on a table but Allred would not budge. Allred added that Czech then told her “Why don’t you … come drinking with me,” presumably to talk about the agreement. And when Allred said she did not drink, Czech said “Then you can’t speak to Nadya unless I’m there.”
AIW never signed the forms. They stuck to their side of the agreement. And in the next five days, AIW filed 3 complaints with Child Protective Services (CPS), which they are mandated to do – agreement or no agreement. [3-26 Dr Phil part 2] The first was about the unsafe, loud and chaotic homecoming of the first 2 octuplets. Nadya admitted herself that the hospital ragged at her and said they wouldn’t send any more home if she planned on doing that. [3-30 morning after video]
The second was a concern over safety, including abduction. Nadya is convinced that meant AIW abducting them. There was the extreme unsafety of the arrival home the first night, a stranger coming to the door at 2-3am that night, two intruders over the next couple of nights and a nanny who walked in without ID. AIW’s concern came true when someone took a carseat off her front porch and hurled it through the back window of her vehicle. Evidently she know has some sort of security as there are cameras on the roof. The police are also making frequent drive bys.
The third was possible exposure to Tuberculosis. At least 2 nannies maybe 3 who were there for training had positive skin reactions to TB (ppd) and had not had their chest XRays to clear them. They shouldn’t have been in the house period. One reportedly had a cough as well.
Allred contended in her statement that the reports may have been why they decided to terminate AIW. Nadya loses the octuplets, she loses her paycheck. And Allred says the Kaiser nurses and staff will not have to speak out because of doctor-patient confidentiality – which she could waive.
ROA lists some of the crazy things Nadya alleged about AIW, including that they staged the scene with dirty diapers and took pictures. [4-8 AIW scam] Allred relied that there was no need “to set up anything because the situation was already bad.”
He continued on mentioning Nadya’s belief that AIW was going to abduct the children. [same link]
ALLRED: How many ridiculous things are you going to run by me?
Then they spoke about how they never were able to meet because Czech and Nadya refused to meet with her, Dr. Phil and AIW.
ALLRED: How can you have a team without willing to have a team meeting?
As for Nadya?
ALLRED: A mother can’t do long distance mothering from Guess, BEBE or Target.
Final thought:
ALLRED: The first night was a complete disaster, inside and outside the house. It went downhill from there.
And from what I just read on Octorazzi’s blog, it is still going downhill. I’ll post Czech’s side next. This is so sad. Who is watching out for the older kids?
Here is the letter that supposedly caused Taitz’s site to be taken down by the host. I don’t know the truth but it allegedly has to do with what this open letter says – that the claims are not completely true. Again I don’t know the exact truth. There have been no new posts at the interim blog site. Check there to see if Taitz posts an explanation. It goes without saying that filing false claims with the FBI is not a good thing. Hard to believe any lawyer would do such a thing.
Lightfoot v Bowen did disappear from the Supreme Court – we documented that here as well. The attack on Scott Easterling evidence looked pretty sound. If true, that person should definitely be punished. The PayPal can easily be checked. I believe she had emails from someone trying to donate who was unable. The wiki page someone has to have evidence of – especially the Saddam Hussein deal. I heard about that bogus case but know nothing about it specifically. I wasn’t aware of the timing.
I had problems with both sites. The first one was unavailable or whatever the technical term is – I couldn’t get in even though it was not down. The second one my browser would freeze or quit immediately. We here had some of the “Orly Taitz” post get deleted, which we documented. The conclusion Taitz comes to might be the troublesome part.

Open letter, request for cooperation in FBI investigation
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
This is to inform you that I have filed a complaint with the FBI relating to a number of crimes, including cyber crimes that I and my clients have encountered while pursuing legal actions of illegitimacy for presidency of Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. On the matter of cyber crimes, the case was referred to the cyber crimes unit at the Santa Ana, Orange County FBI, at 901 Civic center Dr. W., Santa Ana CA. The officer in charge of my case is FBI Agent Nathan Reed, 714-245-5328, 310-710-3459. One of the Cyber Crimes reported, was erasing from the exterior docket of the Supreme Court all mention of my case Lightfoot v Bowen questioning legitimacy of Obama for presidency. Particularly egregious was the fact that the case was erased on January 21, when the Supreme Court first opened after inauguration of Obama and it was reentered back on the docket only on January 22, towards the end of the day, right before the conference on the morning January, the 23rd.
According to FBI Agent Nathan Reed, even though, the docket is related to my case, technically the Supreme Court was the victim of hacking and he needs cooperation from the Supreme court, as a victim organization to investigate the mater of the case being erased from it’s exterior docket. I request from the Supreme Court a letter of such cooperation with my complaint. This is particularly important in light of the fact that there is a common denominator in a number of cyber crimes committed, such as:
1. there was a hacking into my foundation pay-pal account, where my e-mail address was changed with a scope of impeding receipt of donations
2. sabotage of my previous web site/blog, where the blog would crush upon comment entry, flushing virus messages, and diversion of traffic to porn sites
3. constant sabotage and hacking into my new site/blog
4. creation of an impostor site for officer Scott Easterling, with the scope of assassinating the character of the active military officer in Iraq, who happens to be a lead plaintiff in Obama ineligibility legal action
5. erasing of my wikipedia page and source having a banner on his page, showing hanging of Saddam Hussein
6. fabricating a decision of a Virginia judge, claiming proper vetting of Obama’s birth certificate and posting this fraudulent decision on the Internet on November 3rd, one day before the National election with the scope of committing massive fraud of American voters.
All of these cyber crimes, together with all the other crimes that are handled separately, have one common denominator - concerted effort to put Obama in the White House and keep him there by virtue of fraud and concealment of all of his records.
I hope that the Supreme Court will show proper cooperation in investigation of such crimes by the FBI and other agencies and I request a letter of cooperation to that extend. Refusal to provide such letter of cooperation will amount to obstruction of Justice and aiding and abetting all of the above crimes.

I have been alerted to a thread on freerepublic.com by *mimi* in the comment section concerning Orly Taitz’s site. I followed the link and found a discussion about the site’s abrupt disappearance. In the thread was someone named *Calpernia* who claims to be the host who kicked Taitz off her site. Calpernia says it was because Taitz’s claims of being hacked were not true and that she was to change the report or leave. Similar to the other post except there was no mention of a deadline of May 1st or PayPal. I have not heard back from Orly’s new temporary site at www.repubx.com and as of right now there have been no new postings by Taitz.
What I find strange about Calpernia is that she doesn’t give much specific information and is vouched for by someone else. I don’t know much about these public forums or how often she posts there – but why would someone who has their own site go somewhere else to comment? (I didn’t go to her site.) If the site was hacked would the web host be held responsible/liable? Why the abruptness with no forwarding post or explanation? And why would it take a couple of days to get another site going?
Doesn’t mean it’s not true. I have no idea what the truth is. I have gotten alot of emails, which is why I posted what I could find. The facts will eventually sort themselves out – or at least the two sides will be presented.
My opinion is that Taitz is wondering off subject and her letters are not always professionally phrased and go unproofread. But the last Dossier was markedly different in tone and language, which was strange in itself. But there is absolutely no doubt that barry is hiding something about his birth certificate and it doesn’t end there.
Anyway. Here is the thread. I will post the referenced letter as the next post.

I apologize for the confusion surrounding our invitation to President Obama to address ASU students at commencement. The entire ASU community has been electrified with excitement since we learned of his participation in our commencement ceremony. We hope that the recent discussion of honorary degrees will not detract from the honor and thrill that ASU – and indeed all of Arizona – is experiencing in anticipation of his visit. I am honored, as are our faculty, staff and students, that President Obama will give his first commencement speech as president of the United States at ASU.
So now barry gets a scholarship program named after him: The President Barack Obama Scholars Program – a program already in place, which evidently will now be expanded.
Although the focus and attention of the media and others has been on an honorary degree, we never felt that was the only–or even the best–means of honoring his tremendous service to our country. Naming this scholarship program after President Obama that will affect the lives of thousands of students is an honor befitting, not only the president’s exceptional achievements, but also his values as an individual. Orly Taitz’s blog site DefendOurFreedoms.us went down abruptly yesterday without a previous reason posted – that I saw. I had been on it several times yesterday. Her mains site is DefendOurFreedoms.org but don’t click the blogs for updates. I looked in the google cache and found a link to the back up blog which is DefendOurFreedoms accessed through www.repubx.com
I have no reason not to believe this is a reasonable explanation, as Taitz alleged her PayPal account was tampered with, which she had just posted in Dossier #5. (I’ll post that in a separate post.) I have contacted them to make sure the post was true but have not received a response yet. Her previous hosting service threatened to terminate her account if she was going to file a complaint with the FBI with regards to her Paypal account being tampered with.
She would still like to file a complaint for investigation, so decided to use this blog.
They gave her up to May 1st, but took it off prematurely without any notification before the transfer was complete.
The original domain should work within the next few days.

It’s gone. I tried to access it and I get redirected. Don’t bother because who knows what they are doing once you end up on that site. I went to her old site and there is no referral there. I know she had a mirror site but I don’t know what it is. This is why she wanted folks to copy as many posts as possible and post them everywhere. The problem being you post too many they’re just as likely to come after you. The *Orly Taitz* posts here got deleted on March 22nd and I had to recover them from the cache and the other site.
Was it because of the update on the Quo Warranto paperwork that has been processed and confirmed as being retrieved by the Department of Justice? I find it disturbing and I am increasingly more concerned about violence – as should the government.
Once was too many – twice no way. Hacking into her PayPal account was serious criminal behavior. And impersonating a soldier in the way that girl allegedly did is beyond disgusting.
And here’s the expected but eerie thing. I can’t find any chatter of it on google and went to some sites who would know and nothing.
