This is Ms Boyle’s original Britain’s Got Talent audition. It was unembeddable from You Tube but found it at Metcalf.
MS BOYLE: “I have always wanted to sing before a big audience. I am going to make that audience rock!”
And that she did…as well as laugh and smile and cry and simply feel good.

SUSAN BOYLE: I sang that song because it fit in with the circumstances at a particular time. That was the way I was feeling at the time. It sort of summed up I was aiming for.
