Grand Jury came back with a 2-count indictment this afternoon.
2 counts First Degree Murder
1 – Intentionally killing
2 – Knowingly doing an act that could cause grave bodily harm
Judge Daniel Rosack
Bond: $20 million
GLASGOW: “This is an extremely grave and serious matter, and I think that’s reflected in the bond.”
Signed search warrant executed by State Police Police.
Prosecuted in Will County.
Hasn’t done anything to prejudice the jury pool.
New law passed – Forfeiture by Wrongdoing
They will make a motion to admit statements made by Kathleen Savio admitted as substantive evidence as an exception to the hearsay rule.
Evidence uncovered that previously may not have been admissible may be.
