Octuplets: Kaiser Permanente fined $250K

May 15, 2009

Kaiser Permanente’s Bellflower was fined $250K for failure to safeguarding patient confidentiality. Nadya was asked if she was going to sue Kaiser and she said, Why? She thinks they were looking for the name of the sperm donor, which she says is not written down anywhere. She said she made her doctor “shred his records”.
