He mentions US Army Major Stephan Cook’s TRO and his refusal to serve because he believes barry is not a natural born citizen and is therefore ineligible to be Commander in Chief.
That his lawyer (who goes unnamed), has a second case challenging the legitimacy of the obama presidency and that a California judge has agreed to hear the merits of it.
That it’s “just one of dozens of legal challenges to the president’s nationality – at least two of them have already been dismissed by the Supreme Court”.
And that the “White House Press Secretary, again, Monday, brushed aside the matter:
ROBERT GIBBS:The noble truth is that the president was born in Hawaii, a state of the United States of America.
So why doesn’t he become noble and tell the truth to the other 56 states?

The truth is that Obama was born in Hawaii. His official birth certificate from Hawaii proves this. Yes, the Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii is the official birth certificate of Hawaii (even though it is a short-form birth certificate), and it is the only birth certificate that Hawaii currently sends out. http://www.starbulletin.com/features/20090606_kokua_line.html
That being the case, how can Obama show an original unless he has kept a copy of the document sent to his parents at birth and not lost it over the years? If he has lost the original, and many of us do lose our birth certificates, then all that he can show is the only document that Hawaii currently sends out, and that is the Certification.
However, the facts of the certification, that he was born in Hawaii, were confirmed by the two officials of the State of Hawaii who looked into his file and said that there was an original birth certificate in it (in 1961 hawaii was not allowed to file foreign birth certificates), and it was confirmed by this: http://www.buffalonews.com/494/story/554495.html
