Major Stefan Cook re: dismissal (text/video)

As expected, Cook v Good was dismissed. The relief Major Cook sought with his TRO was provided by the Army’s decision to revoke his deployment. Something that Major Cook could request up until he deployed. There was no issue for the judge to rule on so case dismissed.

Here is Orly Taitz talking to the press after the ruling. See link above for transcript to Major Cook’s statements here and a second video.

Taitz goes into barry’s father and the fact that barry was born with dual citizenship.

That he won’t sign a consent to allow Hawaii to release a certified copy of his birth certificate.

Mentions how that COLB is “garbage”  and how easily  it can be can photoshopped. [True. Watch a demonstation.]

That the court would never accept what’s on the internet.

That he’s provided no passports, immigration or school records.

I can understand her frustration but agitation and calling barry arrogant with his sycophants rolling tape isn’t going to work. The woman who wrote the articles is clearly a barryfan – you can tell from her words and the tone of the piece. I wonder if it’s the same woman that can be heard asking Major Cook questions.
