Here’s Cook v Good “Minute Sheet of Court Proceeding”. Doesn’t add anything other than the names of the players. Government counsel: Hugh Randolph Aderhold and Major Rebecca Ausprung. The latter referred to as “Ms” Ausprung. Isn’t she an actual Major in the Army?
