She doesn’t actually state Kapiolani but it’s clear from the description of the location.
While many of his affluent classmates at the elite Punahou School would have been driven to its grassy campus from wealthy suburbs like Tantalus or Kahala, most days Mr. Obama walked to class five blocks away. He’d pass the hospital where he was born and cross over a six-lane highway packed with commuters from the wealthier areas headed for jobs downtown.
