Well, that’s what it was supposed to be. Drop the pl and add the 6th letter of the alphabet and you’re there.
Unfortunately the anchor who said it, Ernie Anastos of FOX affiliate WNYW, had no idea. The funniest part is his co-anchor Dari Alexander’s eyeballs – other wise it might have passed. The weatherman, Nick Gregory, didn’t seem to get it.
