This is just wrong.
It appears Orly Taitz acted independently and filed the appeal without her client’s permission. Capt Rhodes said she had no idea what Taitz was doing until she saw it on the news before she went to sleep. So she wrote the judge a letter stating the facts and her intent to write a letter of censure to the California State Bar concerning Taitz’s reprehensible and unprofessional behavior.
This is what Taitz submitted to the court that Capt Rhodes did not authorize.
Capt Rhodes evidently shipped out to Iraq Friday.
Here’s her letter – she told the judge that she “simply wanted to verify the lawfulness of her orders”.
I’ll put up the other stuff in a while. Taitz filed, Taitz misfiled, Taitz lost, Tazitz was threatened with $10K sanction.
I’ve had enough of Taitz.
