NTSB testifies before Congress re: Hudson corridor collision
NTSB animation of the August 8, 2009 mid-air collision between Liberty Sightseeing Helicopter and a privately owned Piper that resulting in 9 fatalities. It was used in the September 16 testimony of NTSB Chairman Hersman.
No final determination has been made.
