Rhodes: Taitz requests Judge Land recuse himself
Taitz asks for more time to respond re: $10K sanction. Either October 16 or a week after the Court’s resolution of her request for Judge Land to recuse himself because the response to the Order to Show Cause depends on Land’s recusal. And the fact she is going before Judge Carter tomorrow and has been filing all sorts of crap out in California.
