Orly Taitz’s motion to unstay the stay – officially the “emergency ex-parte motion for relief of stay of discovery”
She uses Judge Carter’s minutes from Monday’s hearing – where he ordered the tentative court schedule be made final – as proof positive the case will go on. She is saying she won’t have time to get things in order unless discovery is started. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the judge has not ruled on the motion to dismiss.
