Status of Taitz’s case with Judge Carter (Oct 10)

No – there was no evidence of MSM at the hearing. I don’t know if NBC made a driveby like they did last time. William Wagener of On Second Thought TV did the post-hearing interviews again. He talks with Gary Kreep, Orly Taitz, Pastor Wiley Drake and two women who attended the hearing. He’s an interesting character.
PART 1
Wagener talks with Gary Kreep, who is lawyer for Pastor Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson after they separated from Orly Taitz. Drake was the VP candidate for the American Independent Party, Robinson the state chairman and Alan Keyes the presidential candidate. Keyes has remained with Taitz.
Kreep thinks Judge Carter gave them a fair hearing – but was surprised he hadn’t ruled already. He explained that Department of Justice lawyers are representing barry because Taitz is suing other government officials like Hillary Clinton. He expects there will be an appeal either way. Kreep was in the birtherformercial with Bill Keller.
Then Wagoner talks with Taitz, who is clearly deflated because she feels Judge Carter is not the same judge he was in July and Septembe.
He didn’t wait to deal with fraud issue (SSNs etc).
He originally told the DOJ that cases challenging standing are rarely successful – like 96% of the time.
Discusses the subpoena – default and why she didn’t appeal them because the judge had assured her that it wouldn’t be thrown out on technicalities.
Wagener said the judge seemed different as well.
Taitz said there must have been some influence because he spoke/sounded completely differently.

Discusses the media – pro-obama propaganda 24/7 from corrupt MSM.
We do “live in a totalitarian regime” because there was no media present.
She’s “mad as hell” that Kreep caused the delay because the judge changed in the interim.
Mentions mandatory vaccination…end up “quarantined in FEMA camps”.

Wagener talks with Pastor Wiley Drake
Says he’s known Judge Carter for over 20 years and that
Today and the last few days you have seen the emasculation of a United States Marine.
Then he goes off about standing and how he’s become a regular judge.
He went out of his way to say nobody has called [him]. And I got one good old Baptist term for that: Baloney….I have not seen a flipflip like this in his years.
Wegener talks with a woman who said he didn’t even sound like the same judge as in his voice. Then she mentions the two different nomination forms that Nanci Pelosi signed and that she doesn’t think barry’s running the country and calls him a puppet.
And he speaks with a woman from the California Coalition of Immigration Reform who thinks barry should be impeached.
