Well, they’re very different from each other. I mean, I think that the David Letterman situation is not a good situation. You know, there’s an inherent power imbalance in a boss versus his employees.

But, Roman Polanski is a criminal. You know, he raped and drugged and raped and sodomized a child. And then was a fugitive from justice. As far as I’m concerned, just take him out and shoot him.

I don’t know who this next woman is – the cameraman wasn’t interested either – but watch the body language of Cokie Roberts and George Will. There’s a big space separating the two from KVH to begin with, but as KVH begins to speak, Roberts’ leans toward Will. Will looks up when KVH mentions the documentary, takes a stance and crosses his arms. Then he looks at the cameraman and scratched his cheek. (1:19) Check out how Will and Roberts have closed themselves off to her.

Oh, no. Cokie. Now, we’re both mothers of daughters and I think, Roman Polanski, there should be no dual system of justice in this country. He should not be privileged because he’s a famous director or even because he was a victim of the Holocaust.

The judge died decades ago – documentary made recently. How can they prove what was in the judge’s mind?

BUT. I think one needs to see the documentary that was made that I thought was very powerful in showing judicial and prosecutorial misconduct. That doesn’t mean that he should have fled the country. I think he needs to come back – not fight extradition – but find an appropriate way of serving time and doing justice at this stage. But, I think to say shoot him is obviously not a polite response in a Sunday morning-

To me- To me, this is reflective of- To me, the whole Roman Polanski thing is reflective of a huge segment of Hollywood that somehow thinks because you’re part of their clique and you’re successful in their clique, you stand outside the law. And they wouldn’t have that view of anyone outside this country. Someone from rural Alabama or from rural Mississippi that did something, they would be like, “Go after them. Go after them. Go after them.” In this case, it’s a commentary on Hollywood that they would allow him to not be held accountable, think it’s okay after the heinous crimes he committed for him not to be held accountable for it.

GEORGE WILL:

Yes. The Hollywood view is Chinatown is a good movie. Therefore, the fact that he used a Quaalude and Champagne to drug and rape a 13-year-old is, in the words of Harvey Weinstein, a representative of Hollywood’s monochrome culture, it is a so-called crime. Now, if Chinatown had not been a good movie, we might have to rethink this.

First there wasn’t going to be enough vaccine…then it was ready sooner than thought…then it was more efficacious than thought – requiring half the expected dose, which cut the expected need in half…then it’s being sent out….then barry says 10% of vaccine supply will be given to WHO…then the virus doesn’t seem to be as virulent…then the seasonal flu vaccine is running low…then more children and pregnant women die…then there’s 10-12m less doses available this month.

I don’t buy any of it except for two things: Man created the virus and women and children are dying from it.

How could there possible be problems with “growing” the vaccine when they knew exactly what to put in it?

And how can manufacturers be off by 10-12 million doses?

Then he lies about the NY Times – who knew about ACORN and chose to embargo it to help barry get elected.

The New York Times admitted they were slow to it because it was specifically a FOX story.

Dickie Wolffe is all a twitter because barry’s upset by FOX. This is all so bizarrely funny. He’s pist about Anita Mao Dunn’s video getting out because it was supposed to be private. Wait till barry gets closer to the precipe – all sorts of people will be coming out of the woodwork with stuff.

They’ve come to the understanding that this isn’t just about commercialism. There’s something deeply twisted about what’s going on over there. Yes, people can dismiss this conversation as some type of commercial rivalry.

Then he talks about Anita Dunn’s video. He says Dunn’s son was graduating – he was a 7th grader.

Is that just a coincidence or is FOX determined to take this to another level.

It’s not about news – it’s about personal attacks. Look they may enjoy it for all sorts of commercial reasons but it goes way beyond the commercial aspect here.

There’s an unholy jihad going on.

Look at him. He clearly knew what he was saying. He actually uses the word “jihad”. The word that preceded the murder of everyone in the Twin Towers and the firemen and others who went in to help. The word used to justify human detonation and other acts of terrorism. The word being used to recruit more savages to kill American (and UK) soldiers.

This has got to stop.

• illegal possession or sale of other controlled substances; or

Good news here in Illinois where medical marijuana use has passed in the Senate and is up for discussion in the House. 14 States that have legalized medical marijuana: Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.

Now that they’ve looked into blago patronage at University of Illinois it’s time to look at blago’s hirings — nothing he has been charged with.

According to the Sun Times’ DAVE McKINNEY, TIM NOVAK & CHRIS FUSCO, Blagojevich’s jobs machine database:

386 political sponsors and 5,700 candidates for jobs or promotions controlled by Blagojevich’s administration. Beyond the nearly 2,500 people who got hired or promoted, dozens more were appointed by the governor to paid and unpaid state board positions.

• The electronic record includes 17 folders broken into categories identifying political sponsors who made recommendations on hires and promotions. Among them: “aldermen,” “chairmen,” “congressmen,” “SEN-D” and “reverends.”

Only a handful of people in the ex-governor’s inner circle had access to the hiring database, which was turned over to federal authorities by Blagojevich’s administration in response to an October 2005 subpoena.

And this is how they don’t mention barry (and Emanuel) in the story:

There were Illinois legislators and the current occupant of the White House. Even current Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is listed as sponsoring a job transfer for a childhood friend.

That way barry doesn’t show up in Google searches related to this article but Secy Clinton would. And Clinton didn’t sponsor anything. The woman in question already had the job and was transferred within the same agency as the need arose. It appears the Sun Times’ folks have been gotten to also.

barry and RAHM EMANUEL recommended folks who didn’t already have a job – but to hear about that you have to go to separate article.

Most jobs went to blago’s father-in-law ALD DICK MELL: asked for 293 – got 110.

CHRIS KELLY asked for 170 – got 66.

barry’s good friend and primary campaign fundraiser, Syrian-born TONY REZKO asked for 123 – got 37 – 18 got posts on state boards or commissions.

Haven’t read Susan Daniel’s affidavit yet re: barry’s birth certificate but I found the Scribd copy and will post it.

Haven’t read Taitz’s latest filing in CA that includes Daniels’ findings.

Haven’t finished reading the court transcript from the 5th. It’s too hard to read with that politijab crap all over it.

barry has DOJ lawyers defending him because Taitz is suing more than just barry. Had she taken Judge Carter’s advice and just kept it to barry – it would be Bauer and company not the DOJ. The American People are paying for barry’s defense.

Judge Carter has not ruled as of this very minute. I’m certain he is delaying for a reason – the question is what.

From what I initially read about Judge Carter’s clerk thing I think it massively overblown and woefully underinvestigated. Law clerkships, like medical internships are determined months beforehand and there was nothing in the story that went deeper than making the connection of law firms. I’ll check and see if it’s been investigated further.

ANITA DUNN is the WIFE of barry’s personal lawyer ROBERT BAUER – who barry appointed head DNC counsel to tidy up the DNC and fraudulent election. barry has never appointed former DNC Chair HOWARD DEAN anything so he can easily be shoved under the bus should the truth come to light.

DUNN was one of barry’s top four advisors during the campaign, along with DAVID AXELROD, ROBERT GIBBS, DAVID PLOUFFE and is now the WH Director of Communication aka trainer of Robert Gibbs the Liar. As such, she has been out trashing FOX News as the “arm of the Republican Party”, which then made her the target of GLENN BECK’S Commies in the WH expose.

Here is a video of DUNN’s June 5, 2009 “commencement address” at the National Cathedral. She quoted MAO TSE-TUNG and hailed him as “one of her two favorite philosophers” – the other being Mother Teresa. Listen closely how she phrases the statement: “The third lesson and tip actually comes from two of my favorite political philosophers: Mao Tse-tung and Mother Teresa”. She says she was going for irony. But when you understand who she was speaking to, you’ll see that’s just as much a lie as everything else.

Dunn was giving this talk at the National Cathedral. Is there a National Mosque yet? That’s why I found her words so offensive. If you’re not aware of all the evil Mao was responsible for, please look. He killed or was responsible for the death of tens of millions – some estimates as high as 80 million. Hitler exterminated approx 6 million Jews and was responsible for 12M dead.

She was not speaking to an adult audience – she was speaking to the graduating class of St Andrew’s Episcopal School, which covers pre-school to 12th grade. Interesting place. Punahou of the Potomac. Her son attends there. Take a look at the 2010 6-12 grade curriculum. Notable dates from 2009: Jan 28 Barack Obama history day and April 22 “White privilege”.

So she told a bunch of kids and their parents about her “go to” philosopher, mass murderer Chairman Mao, while she was speaking in a place of worship and wants it brushed off as irony. Listen and decide for yourself.

A lot of you have a great deal of ability, a lot of you work hard. Put them together, and that answers the ‘why not’ question. There’s usually not a good reason and then the third lesson–tip actually comes from two of my favorite political philosophers – Mao Tse Tung and Mother Teresa, not often coupled with each other – but they’re the two people that I turn to most to basically deliver a simple point, which is you’re going to make choices. You’re going to challenge. You’re going to say why not. You’re going to figure out how to do things that have never been done before. And people said ‘how can you win? How can you do this? How can you do this against all the odds against you?’

And Mao Tse Tung said, you know, ‘you fight your war, and I’ll fight mine’.

And think about that for a second.

You don’t have to accept the definition of how to do things and you don’t have to follow other people’s choices and paths. It is about your choices and your paths. You fight your own war…you lay out your own paths…you figure out what’s right for you…you don’t let external definition define how good you are internally.

You fight your war – you let them fight theirs – everybody has their own path.

Then she went on to mention Mother Teresa and the Obamas of course (Michelle was a “community organizer” too).

GLENN BECK:

It’s insanity. This is her hero’s work. She thinks of this man’s work all the time?

America, how many radicals is it going to take? How many radicals surrounding our president before you understand that when the president said he wants to transform the country, he wants to transform it all right.

ANITA DUNN:

The Mao quote is one I picked up from the late Republican strategist Lee Atwater from something I read in the late 1980s, so I hope I don’t get my progressive friends mad at me.

The use of the phrase ‘favorite political philosophers’ was intended as irony, but clearly the effort fell flat — at least with a certain Fox commentator whose sense of irony may be missing.

Balloon boy was put up to it by his parents. Just like he said to Wolf. Police knew on Friday it was a hoax but played along.

They’re still unclear about the exact whereabouts of balloon boy during that time. He may not even been home when police searched it.

Police have begun foot patrolling the area and passing it off as “similar to what the department has done in other neighborhoods in response to a crime trend.”

This was decent of politijab (and Jack Ryan) to provide. I just wish the “Friends of politijab” wasn’t everywhere and it wasn’t so clearly visible because it’s very distracting for someone with dyslexia. Perhaps they could get rid of it? The people who are going to read it know who politijab is and it’s not like anyone’s going to cut and paste 113 pages.

Anyway it provides a neutral look at the words of all parties – most of all Judge Carter’s. And it will reveal what type of reporter waveydavey is and how close Orly Taitz’s version was to reality.

CREW: 15 Most Corrupt Members of Congress

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington‘s (CREW) annual list of the 15 Most Corrupt Members of Congress. Starring two barry senate seat candidates: Jesse Jackson, Jr, whose investigation has been “delayed” and Sen Roland Burris, who is going to stick it to barry and the rest of the Democrats on the healthcare bill.

All’s well that ends well. Without Mr Burris, there would be no barry. And without Jesse Sr there would most definitely not be Jesse Jr.

But CREW is pushing for the Senate Ethics Committee to keep investigating Sen Burris “so that Illinois residents can get answers about what happened”. There is not a single Illinois resident who doesn’t know what happened and he was cleared by the Illinois Special Committee.

Mr Burris’ final trail has been blazed and there will be no more political achievements chiseled into his nifty Mausoleum.

For the record per First Amendment:

Burris went through his lawyer (like he said on tape he could do for blago) and bought his senate seat from barry for $50K.

That’s what Ms Sloan should be looking into.

And he lists the same history and same platform that anyone can recite…except barry voters.

Straight up:

Let me tell you why Kos and the Daily Kos community need to support Barack.

[Thought I'd include this paragraph because of how barry threw him under the bus.

OUR opponent has strong support from the right-wing Republican establishment, and he is extremely well funded both independently and by his party. Worse still, he recently hired the media team responsible for running ads against former Georgia Senator Max Cleland that compared the heroic Vietnam veteran to Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein. What the ads failed to mention was that Cleland lost three limbs while fighting to defend his county.

The same Max Cleland that barry disinvited to a fundraiser in July 2008 because Cleland was a healthcare "lobbyist". Strange, since barry has never had problems with Axelrod the lobbyist and if Tom Daschel--who in 2 years made $5.2 M off the healthcare industry--had just paid his taxes, he would have been Secretary of HHS.
