They were all released from jail.
The five kept overnight in jail (including Fr Weslin) were treated to a night on a “steel slab” without pillows or blankets.
Of the 12 arrestees – 7 have future court dates, the other 5 are free and clear.

And since there was another Tea Party event today – some might be back in jail.
