Taitz isn’t planning on paying $20K sanction

Judge Land had initially wanted to use Taitz’s $20k sanction for his own political purposes – to direct it to the National Infantry Fund at Fort Benning. However, the defendants’ lawyers (the government) say the sanction must be paid to the US Treasury.
