I realize now why I never posted this. The Scribd copies were sideways and I was going to see if I could fix it so they could be more easily read. Obviously I never did.

Glad you brought it back up though because the difference is highly significant and proves Hawaii knew what was going on too.

Here is a comparison of the Hawaii Dem Party’s own Official Certification of Nomination form (OCON), the DNC OCON for Hawaii and the DNC OCON for non-Hawaii states for Gore, Kerry, barry.

1-The Non-Hawaii DNC OCON forms [Gore, Kerry, barry] were the same for all three candidates = NO CONSTITUTIONAL CLAUSE.

NON-HAWAII DNC OCON:

This is to certify that at the National Convention of the Democratic Party of the United States of America, held in [city, state] on [date] though [sic] [date], the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively.

2-The DNC OCON given to Hawaii were different for all three years. Kerry’s remained the same as the non-Hawaii states (as above). Gore’s read “meet the constitutional requirements” (which was clearly added on to the form) and barry’s read “legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the US Constitution,” which is the exact wording removed from the Hawaii Dem Party’s own OCON form.

(GORE) 2000 Hawaii DNC OCON [scrib copy below]:

This is to certify that at the National Convention of the Democratic Party of the United States of America, held in Los Angeles, California on August 14 though (sic) 17, 2000, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively [typed in] and meet the constitutional requirements for the Office of the President and Vice President of the United States.

(BARRY) 2008 Hawaii DNC OCON:

This is to certify that at the National Convention of the Democratic Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though (sic) 28, 2000, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.

3- The Hawaii Dem Party Nomination forms are identical for Gore & Kerry. They included the constitutional clause and the fact that the candidates were duly elected in the State of Hawaii. barry’s was missing both stipulations.

The State of Hawaii Dem Party was covering themselves with their nomination form by removing the Constitutional clause and the statement that barry was the duly chosen candidate of the State of Hawaii. They knew barry wasn’t qualified. So they made Nanci Pelosi state he was Constitutional eligible on the DNC form she gave to them. And she used the exact wording of the Constitutional clause Hawaii omitted from their form.

How much clearer does it need to get?

Have to agree with a couple of statements. No terrorists from Guantanamo or anywhere else – including Nigeria – should be extended rights of American citizens. They should be named enemy combatants and tried as such in a military court. What they are doing is an act of war – not civil unrest – and no Miranda rights should ever be involved.

Statement from former VP Dick Cheney (12-29):

As I’ve watched the events of the last few days it is clear once again that President Obama is trying to pretend we are not at war.

He seems to think if he has a low key response to an attempt to blow up an airliner and kill hundreds of people, we won’t be at war.

He seems to think if he gives terrorists the rights of Americans, lets them lawyer up and reads them their Miranda rights, we won’t be at war.

He seems to think if we bring the mastermind of 9/11 to New York, give him a lawyer and trial in civilian court, we won’t be at war.

He seems to think if he closes Guantanamo and releases the hard-core al Qaeda trained terrorists still there, we won’t be at war.

He seems to think if he gets rid of the words, “war on terror,” we won’t be at war. But we are at war and when President Obama pretends we aren’t, it makes us less safe.

Why doesn’t he want to admit we’re at war?

It doesn’t fit with the view of the world he brought with him to the Oval Office. It doesn’t fit with what seems to be the goal of his presidency – social transformation—the restructuring of American society.

President Obama’s first object and his highest responsibility must be to defend us against an enemy that knows we are at war.

Hello Kyle.

I certainly didn’t expect to hear from you again so I have to wonder what’s up. Why you are looking for more information on those official nomination forms? It seems you’re not alone. Did something happen in court? Did some kind of new document come out?

I have no idea. I took a vacation from the birth certificate issue. One can only take so much. Folks were interested in Susan Boyle and other things, so that’s what I was doing.

Besides, the proof is out there straight from the Hawaii Registrar’s lips – documented by Politifact no less.

I do appreciate the apology, though. It sounded sincere, so that’s the way I’m taking it.

I’ll post what’s in the drafts but I’m not going to go looking for what’s current. Last I checked – last time you asked – jbjd.wordpress had some cases going in some states – Virginia and Texas maybe? I imagine Citizen Riggs is still at his emailing. And last time I checked, Leo had done another disappearing act to work on Hawaii or something.

Andy Martin was supposed to have his second annual where’s barry’s records conference the week before Christmas. He was also supposed to unveil his barry movie. Checked a couple days ago and there was no update.

Orly Taitz is still filing away and I haven’t gotten to the Scribd copies. All I want to know from her is why she never had that Lucas Smith eBay Kenyan birth certificate officially checked out. Maybe she did.

Believes it was a potential terror attack but won’t say who and won’t say whether he thinks it’s part of a larger terror plot – just that security precautions were immediately adopted – including adding air marshals.

Priorities for “safety and security of The American People” – barry’s asked for a “listing review and a detection capabilities review”. How folks get on what list and how did this specific muslim terrorist get on two planes with explosives.

They then talk about healthcare, which isn’t on this video segment. Didn’t include that part of the transcript.

POTUS round 2 – he is a “consultant” on the “incident”.

Here’s an interesting quote. Does it sound like a campaign promise from a recycled stump speech or a statement from a man in firm control of our country?

As President, I will do everything in my power to support the men and women in intelligence, law enforcement and homeland security to make sure they’ve got the tools and resources they need to keep America safe.

He IS president – even on vacation.

It’s not: As president I WILL DO everything-

It should be as your president, I AM DOING everything or I HAVE BEEN DOING or I WILL CONTINUE TO DO.

Who can possible have confidence in this man as commander in chief?

And would it be too much to put on a tie?

Seriously. Yes, he is on vacation, and the whole world knows it, but at this moment he is acting in official capacity as president and since it is not an emergency statement, he should be dressed as president, which in this case includes a tie. Strange oversight for a presidency based solely on “optics”.

And where’s TOTUS?

Didn’t he anticipate that an emergency might arise where he might have to address the nation?

Andy Martin for Senate ad questions Rep Kirk’s sexual orientation

When I saw the title of the post it was clear whose ad it was. Andy Martin is running for barry’s senate seat as a Republican and his main foe is Rep Mark Kirk. In a early December Tribune poll, Kirk was well ahead of his opponents: Kirk 41%, Kirk’s opponents (combined) 13%, Andy Martin 2%, undecided 46%.

What does the radio ad say?

In the radio ad, which aired today on WGN-AM and WBBM-AM, Martin attributes a “solid rumor that Kirk is a homosexual” to conservative Republican businessman Jack Roeser. Martin’s ad also claims that Raymond True, the chairman of the conservative Republican Assembly of Lake County organization, says Kirk has surrounded himself with homosexuals.

The ad says Kirk should address the rumors.

Martin went into a long tirade about Justice Sotomayor’s sexual orientation as well, flat out calling her a lesbian.

RAYMOND TRUE said he was on Roeser’s radio show (WIND) but denied making the statement:

I made a comment not about him (Kirk) at all, but that there were some people on his (Kirk’s) staff that had a special orientation. I never said Mark was a homosexual and there’s no evidence to that fact.

PEARSON reports that in JACK ROESER‘s podcast on his site:

Roeser criticized several Republicans for their support of gay rights and said of Kirk “a solid rumor is that he himself is homosexual.

Kirk campaign manager, ERIC ELK statement:

The ad is not true and is degrading to the political process. The people of Illinois deserve better.

Chairman of the Illinois Republican Party, PAT BRADY statement:

His statements today are consistent with his history of bizarre behavior and often times hate-filled speech which has no place in the Illinois Republican Party. Mr. Martin will no longer be recognized as a legitimate Republican candidate by the Illinois Republican Party.

This morning, soon after 10:00 a.m. HST, the President will address the public on the attempted terroriBst attack on Christmas Day. He will describe the immediate steps the government has taken to ensure the safety of the traveling public. There really is nothing barry won’t do to get exposure…except when it comes to discussing terrorism. Governor Tim Kaine was doing his monthly radio show “Ask the Governor” on WTOP and a “barry from Washington” called in. Clearly the radio folks were in on it – but Gov Kaine wasn’t. He got a charge out of it and laughed through what barry was saying.

This is actually the president of the United States calling. I have questions about the traffic in northern Virginia. Rather than go there  I just wanted to say how proud we of your service as governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

No mention of the job Gov Kaine has also been doing as DNC Chairman.

He had a bonus track “Wings to Fly“, which is a Japanese folk song, put the Japanese version of Susan Boyle’s CD.  Her CD is #1 there without being promoted. Until now. According to the UK Mirror and the Japan Times, Ms Boyle will ring in the New Year on the Japanese New Year’s Eve program: “Kohaku Uta Gassen“.

Secy Napolitano clarifies: “the system worked”

Secy Napolitano clarified her “the system worked” comments – she was referring to the after incident response. And then went on to blame the previous administration’s policies.

The rules that elevate someone from being just on a generic list to actually being on a no-fly list are rules that have existed for a number of years – since the prior administration. We’re going back and looking at those rules.

Willie Geist asks what qualifies to move someone up to the no-fly list.

To move to a selectee or a no-fly status….requires specific credible information about an individual. And this individual had not moved up on those lists. That protocol has been in place for a number of years and at the president’s direction we’re going back and looking at it and revisiting it.

Also revisiting how VISA information connects with that information to see if there’s a good connection there. And looking at the technology to see why it is that he was able to smuggle this material on board that plane.

Perhaps Secy Napolitano might want to consult a calendar. They’ve had 11 months to do something about it. Blaming Pres Bush at this late date just proves their lack of interest or urgency in the matter.

At the end Secy Napolitano gets asked (5:10) why barry hasn’t spoken publicly.

Hint: she doesn’t know either.

Sen Burris recites “Twas the Night Before Christmas” healthcare style

Senator Burris, whose days are numbered, made sure to go out with a bang. His Senate remarks concerning the healthcare bill were in the form of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.

Let’s pass a bill that restores competition!”

The Democrats all came together to fight
For the American people, that Christmas Eve night.

And then, in a twinkling, I heard under the dome -
The roll call was closed! It was time to go home!

Despite the obstructionist tactics of some,
The filibuster had broken – the people had won!

A good bill was ready for President Obama,
Ready to sign, and end health care drama.

And Democrats exclaimed, as they drove out of sight:
“Better coverage for all, even our friends on the right!”

Recall Sen Burris’ initial stance – as in he won’t vote for it if it doesn’t have a public option.

December 8:

If we have to get 60 and it comes back and it does not have a public option in it, I will not vote for it.

Understand that I have drawn a line in the sand. I’m not much of a dealmaker in this regard.

A 4 year-old boy in Chattanooga had a very interesting evening. He got out of bed, ripped the safety cap off the door knob, went outside, took a cold Bud Light out of his grandfather’s cooler, opened it, took a few swigs, went to the neighbor’s house, walked through the unlocked front door, took 5 wrapped Christmas presents from under the tree – one of which was a girl’s dress – which he put on, wandered back outside, went to another neighbor’s house and rang the doorbell — at which time his fun ended. He was taken to the ER and had his stomach pumped.

Clarifies “the system worked” comment

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano tells us air travel is safe and reassures us “the system worked”.

In all fairness, Secy Napolitano meant after the immediate threat on the plane was dealt with – the system worked as in the entire air system hadn’t been shut down…there wasn’t mass panic in airports…first responders responded appropriately…notified other countries…

UK refused the muslim terrorist a VISA and didn’t tell the US. Or the message didn’t get through or wrong list or whatever. What they know the US should know and vice versa.

Why is barry letting Scotland Yard go through American citizens’ records?

Why did he let the Lockerbie bomber get free?

And did this latest muslim terrorist have contact with any of the six yemenis just sent home for Christmas from Guantanamo Bay?

Here’s Jasper Schuringa, the flying Dutchman who leapt over some seats to get to the would be “very devout” muslim bomber, talking about the incident with CNN’s Fredricka Whitfield. Schuringa was able to subdue Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, as well as grab the chemicals from him and start to put out the fire under his seat, and, as you can see, he sustained burns to his right hand in the process. He credits the flight attendants and other passengers for their swift actions.

He lives in Amsterdam Holland and was on his way to Miami to visit friends.

Funniest part – his response to Whitfield when she asked him if he at first thought it could be nothing.

When you hear a pop on a plane, you’re awake, trust me.

And then when he cuts off the interview himself.

Woman in China gives birth to 7 kg (15.4lb) baby. Not as large as baby Akbar in Indonesia who weighed in at 19.2lbs but huge enough. Haven’t been able to find out much about her or her pregnancy – whether she was diabetic – video is in Chinese. Hope she doesn’t breast feed it 20 times a day like this mother who has a 41lb 8 month old.

Well it looks like Maj Gen Anthony Cucolo had to change his new policy of punishing soldiers under his command who become pregnant – impregnators included. He had wanted the soldiers to “think before they act.”

The updated policy removed the pregnancy provision and addressed the issue of autonomy – units must get permission from the commander of U.S. Forces-Iraq before creating new rules restricting the activity of troops.

all requests by subordinate units to impose further restrictions of activities addressed in General Order No. 1 will require approval of the USF-I commander.

Perhaps Maj Gen Cucolo can now shift the focus to the rapists under his command and get them to stop acting all together.
