Desiree Rogers too cowardly to testify
Savannah Guthrie reports on the crashers’ emails that were supplied by their lawyer Paul W Gardner. Michele S Jones did communicate by email with the crashers but she told them the State Dinner was impossible. She left a phone message that husband crasher said he didn’t get because the dog ate his homework his cellphone battery died.
Crashers said they went through three checkpoints – showing their passports and answering questions each time.

Roxanne Roberts, who outed the crashers initially and even told two of FLOTUS’ staff members about the crashers after they had arrived — the staff did nothing, even though they admitted they knew the crashers’ names were not on the list — thinks it’s just a reality TV stunt.
Matt made a huge point of saying the crashers weren’t being paid – but they already have an agreement with BRAVO which is the same parent company. That may be the real reason they canceled with Larry King.
Dan Abrams doesn’t think they can be charged with any sort of crime unless they lied to someone.
They will pay simply from all the exposure into their business dealings. Plus they are going to be recognizable unless she dyes her hair some other color.
