Blago: “I’m blacker than Barack Obama”

January 19th, Esquire hits the shelf with an interview with impeached governor Rod Blagojevich. One thing is for sure – the gov gives good quotes, whether or not you like or agree what he says.

According to Chicago Breaking News, blago refers to barry as “this guy” and says barry was elected simply on hope. No newsflash there. And then he mention’s barry’s oratorical genius:

What the (expletive)? Everything he’s saying’s on the teleprompter.

Again no newsflash.

And then this:

I’m blacker than Barack Obama. I shined shoes. I grew up in a five-room apartment. My father had a little laundromat in a black community not far from where we lived. I saw it all growing up.

The White House refused to comment.

No newsflash there either.
