Hey petersonsguilty!
I’m not really interested in occupying my time with Peterson, especially when I’m the only one left here. He’s where he should be and he will receive the punishment he deserves. I live in Chicago and hear more than enough on the news. Here’s a glimpse at what happened today. Won’t be following his case anymore unless something comes up with his lawyer and Tony Rezko.

Today began the hearsay trial (re: “Drew’s Law”) – whether or not comments/letters, which would ordinarily not be admissible, can be entered as evidence. Whether Kathleen Savio’s words can be used from beyond the grave since Peterson cannot cross examine.
Could last 3-4 weeks with 50-60 witnesses. Following sometime thereafter would be the actual murder trial – with or without the evidence. Judge Stephen White will decide. In any event, Brodsky et al will get a good idea of what the prosecution has.
Here’s just a sampling of what was said.
Savio’s coworker ISSAM KARAM said Savio told him what happened after he saw bruising on her arm:
He told her that nothing she could do would make her safe. She could not run or hide. He said he could kill her right there and then, but he wouldn’t because it would be too bloody.
She truly felt her life was in danger.
I felt as a human being that I needed to tell people what Kathleen told me.
Recall in Savio’s own complaint she said Peterson broke in and held knife to her throat and then asked her how she wanted to die. She said her head. And he left that time because he couldn’t do it.
Stacy Peterson’s uncle, KYLE TOUTGES stated that Peterson, when asked about Savio’s death, replied:’
“Let them prove it.”
It’s something you never – chills go down your neck.
JOEL BRODSKY (who still doesn’t look like he takes things seriously):
I hope people take note of what is going on here, because it’s not just Drew Peterson. It’s actually a danger to every citizen.
As for Peterson: he looks older, he’s grayer, he’s gained 20lb and he still has that little smirk. No one was there from his family.
Seems Brodsky’s taken over his client’s irreverence. He reportedly handed out pens with his name on it to some of the media and said to the others that if they were nice they could get one too.
I have no idea what happened to “Chrissy” the “fiance”. Last I knew, Drew had some prison groupies visiting him.
