So are we at war or not?
On that day I also made it very clear-our nation is at war against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred, and that we will do whatever it takes to defeat them and defend our country, even as we uphold the values that have always distinguished America among nations.
Typical barry obamanating,
We’re at war – we will do whatever it takes to defeat and defend – and to do that we will give enemy combatants Constitutional Rights patriots fought and died for?
The people trying to destroy our nation are given the same rights as the people they are trying to kill?
It’s one or the other.
If we are at war with terrorists then all terrorists are enemy combatants – most especially one who had the evidence stuck to his genitals.
War = terrorist = enemy combatant = military justice
Not at war = criminal = prisoner = non-military justice
barry says we are at war with “far-reaching network of violence and hatred”
Far-reaching network of violence and hatred = al Qaeda
al Qaeda = terrorism
Terrorism = war
War = enemy combatant
Abdulmutallab = al Qaeda = terrorism.
Terrorism = war = enemy combatant
Enemy combatant = Abdulmutallab
He should be treated in the military system.
So what is he doing in the civilian system?
Why are taxpayers paying for the defense of an enemy combatant?
Imagine US taxpayers paying for Dr Mengele’s defense.
It’s no different.
And why isn’t his concerned millionaire father paying for his defense?
Why should the people of Detroit that he tried to kill pay to possibly set him free?
