Found the link to this searching through Indonesia blogs. All that’s available is the cache. The links don’t work but I found a site that had copied the wiki article and the links work. The two articles are from different times and there are inconsistencies between the two of them. Found some links back to 2004 that I’m going to follow to see if I can find something the botscrubbers haven’t found. Not sure how these two copies of his wiki page are still available. I hate to put the links here because they can track it down. Although big files, I copied them both and put them in the drafts. If you see that the links aren’t working anymore please let us know.
