This really goes to who barry is – as a man and as a president.
Without the Clintons, the Obamas would not be in the WH. Without the Clintons, healthcare would not have been passed.
barry had no problem asking Mr Clinton to make calls on his behalf to folks who don’t trust him. Secretary Clinton gave her advice when asked. [No one has discussed the impact her presence in the Senate would have made to get it passed months ago.] But no pens for either of them. Tax cheat Charlie Rangel, no problem. Who knows if the Clintons actually care, but it says a great deal to the world, especially to Secy Clinton folks who have never been sold on barry.
WH initially said he would hand out 12 pens – ended up 22.
