#2 CIA Steve Kappes retires

CIA Director Leon Panetta announced Deputy Director Steve Kappes is retiring.

Reason: He hadn’t planned to stay long.

Successor: Present Director of Intelligence Michael Morell, 30-yr veteran.

Morrell’s successor: Fran Moore, present deputy director for intelligence.

What is his retirement really about?
