CA: No same-sex marriage repeal on 2010 ballot

States allowing same-sex marriage/civil unions

Gay rights group Restore Equality 2010 had campaigned to get a repeal measure placed on the ballot but were unable to secure enough signatures. Deadline was Monday.

Prop 8 lawsuit is still pending.
