Schweighart clarifies statements
Champaign board member: Schweighart should resign
During the Tax Day Tea Party Rally, third-term Republican Champaign Mayor Jerry Schweighart (R, 71) was asked on camera about barry. The man with the camera, who I have yet to identify, was very clear in his intention. Just like they went after Rep Schmidt.

Illinoisgrads must be a group from University of Illinois. His other videos were local politics as well. And it’s clear he was there to get this exact video clip. So why not a name?
UPDATE: Evidently IG wouldn’t respond to an AP request for a comment. When is the next issue of the school paper? Schweigart thought he was from a group of U of I students protesting the rally.
MOLE:
What do you think about Obama? (repeats)
SCHWEIGHART:
I don’t think he’s American, personally.
MOLE:
You don’t think he’s American?!!
Do you think he was born in Kenya?
SCHWEIGHART:
You know, if you’re not willing to produce an original certificate like a birth certificate, then you’ve got something to hide. If he doesn’t have something to hide, produce it.
MOLE:
So, Obama’s not a citizen.
SCHWEIGHART:
I don’t think so.
