Blago judge says no to barry subpoena

April 30. 2010

Shocker, eh?

U.S. District Judge James Zagel denied Blago’s motion to subpoena barry to testify.

Why?

Blago defense team didn’t produce sufficient evidence that barry would have anything material to say on the stand.

The man whose senate seat was allegedly being sold has nothing to say material to the case?

Then why did the Feds interrogate barry for 2 hours?

Read Blago’s motion for yourself. Here’s a few excerpts challenging barry’s statement that he never talked with Blagojevich directly.
