Video added so you can hear what our Dear Leader! calls “one of the prettiest sounds on earth”.
Reza Sayah CNN Correspondent in Islamabad, Pakistan supplies the Paksitan government’s reaction via written statements to CNN. Take note of the tone of the president’s spokesperson vs the advisor. Sounds like the plan now is to become a US national.
President ASIF ALI ZARDARI advisor:
We condemn all forms of terrorism. If the man arrested is proven to have some involvement in the New York Times Square failed bombing, we are sure he will get the justice he deserves.
President ASIF ALI ZARDARI spokesperson:
It is unfortunate this man is from Pakistan, but it is also clear he is a US National. It’s much too early in the investigation to reach a conclusion, but it’s Pakistan’s position that we are prepared to help the international cmmunity in the fight against militancy and extremism.
Blah blah blah.
Prepared to help…but refuse to.
How ignorant is a government who pretends they don’t know where Osama Bin Laden is?
If they really want to help the international community they’d keep their jihadis to themselves. As is, the training camps go to the highest bidder.
Which government is more corrupt: Pakistan or Mexican?
And which causes more harm to The American People?
UPDATE:
0430 US officials have contacted Pakistani officials
Interior Minister REHAMN MALIK:
We will fully cooperate and help the government of the United States of America to identify and bring this suspect and his associates to justice.
How? Like they’ve been “fully cooperating” on finding OBL?
Anyone know how much American Taxpayer money is going to Pakistan?
