4-Misdemeanor: Third-degree patronizing a prostitute
5-Misdemeanor: Third degree sexual abuse
6-Misdemeanor: Third degree sexual abuse
Law doesn’t require that he had knowledge of her age.
If convicted, Taylor faces a maximum of four years in prison.
Why is the minor complainant as a “prostitute”?
The age of consent in NY is 18 – she is 16.
She cannot legally consent to sex, which means she cannot consent to have sex for money.
