Is Tony Rezko still alive and well?

July 27, 2010

July 27, 2010

No idea.

HAVE YOU SEEN ME

TONY REZKO

Convicted felon, friend, neighbor and official fundraiser, Obama 2004 US Senate campaign

Don’t know if he has been seen in public since the US Marshals took him out of MCC to location(s) unknown and he’s not in the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate search.

AG Eric Holder can’t exactly be trusted on this matter since he neglected to mention his connections with blago (Illinois Gaming Board, Rosemont casino, State Sen barry, Rezko, Christopher Harris), in his 47-page response to the Senate Judiciary Committee questionnaire, which he happened to sign 5 days after blago was arrested.

Birds of a feather…

suntimes

March 24, 2004 news conference. Blago announced Holder’s role as “special investigator to the Illinois Gaming Board”. Perhaps Holder didn’t think it would count since he didn’t get the job.

Funny how folks know the story of the ever evil impeached Illinois governor’s PERFECTLY LEGAL appointment of Mr Burris to barry’s senate seat (as investigated by Illinois authorities and the Senate Ethics Committee) – but do not question the “judgment” of the attorney general of the Unites States who accepted an appointment from the same evil man.

Nor does anyone question the judgment of the man who campaigned for Blago and appointed fellow campaigner for blago – Rahm Emanuel – as WH Chief of Staff.

Or find it curious that throughout the alleged time period Blago was allegedly doing all these nefarious things – barry was in a political position to call Blago out and yet said nothing.

barry said nothing about blago even as chief of staff elect was trying to wrangle a job for Valerie Jarrett.

And barry say anything aeven s his official presidential campaign chair – Jesse Jackson Jr, aka Senate Candidate #5 – was trying to make his own deal.

There is no better defense for blago than the fact that the president elect of the United States had no qualms in allowing his people to talk with blago. If barry really had such superior judgment and blago really were different than any other Chicago politician – the future president would have made sure none of his people (including him) spoke with blago – especially after blago’s arrest.

For those of you who believed barry’s words back then take another peek. Here he pretends he knew nothing about what was going on with Tony Rezko – the man whose money and money-raising skill got barry to Washington.

j44nt

When will barry’s ‘I didn’t know’ going to be taken as evidence of incompetence rather than alleged innocence?

And if Tony Rezko wasn’t needed on the stand, then why was/is he really stashed away?

To keep him safe?

Or keep what he knows about barry safe?

Why Tiger should be left alone…

CNN using Ms Sherrod in an ad to promote 3 of their white male anchors

updated

Witness the power of choosing to look for racial divide.

CNN is running an ad in which they use Ms Sherrod to promote three of their white male anchors (John Roberts, John King, Anderson Cooper) and their dedication to truth! facts! and journalism!

No mention of Kiran Chetry, who sat next to John Roberts, no mention of Tony Harris, who did the most pointed and honest interview of Ms Sherrod, and no mention of Rick Sanchez who perhaps showed the most restraint of anyone in MSM.

Though there’s a good reason Mr Harris’ interview wasn’t included. He had the misfortune to have to trust CNN factcheckers and Ms Sherrod on LIVE and referred to Mrs Spooner as a widow. (Much to the later delight of  Mr Spooner.)

NAACP’s complete #1 statement vs CNN’s selected excerpts

July 26, 2010

July 23, 2010

Sherrod posts

CNN’s parsing of the NAACP statement is worse than the Breitbart tape. How many people know that Mr Jealous actually thanked Mr Breitbart for bringing it to the NAACP’s attention?

In the first NAACP statement (below), President Jealous condemned Ms Sherrod, concurred with Secy Vilsack on Ms Sherrod’s firing – for her remarks made in that video - and then thanked “those who brought this to our national office’s attention”.

If you go to the NAACP site to view the “FULL” video (which it most definitely is not), there’s a link only to statement #3.  They don’t address the discrepancies in statements 1 & 3.

In #1, Breitbart is a hero and Ms Sherrod and the audience villains.

In #3, Ms Sherrod and the NAACP are Breitbart’s victims and the audience is no where to be found.

Both statements are worthless.

Both came from the Pres of the NAACP.

Why is Mr Jealous not being asked to resign?

Hey. Yes I still have alot to go. Here’s a list of published posts. Going to put them in as I find them so they’re not going to be in order. It’s hard to stay focused when I keep hearing the madness that is CNN. But this is it for them. They intentionally blew it out of proportion, they intentionally misreported (read selected parts of the NAACP’s first statement – have to post that) and they have intentionally been attacking Mr Breitbart. If anyone has a good chance at winning a defamation suit it’s him. And hiding away Ms Cook is not going to work like it did with Ms Rogers. Ms Sherrod has been on every channel possible – how much time was spent tracking down answers from the WH about Ms Cook.

Folks who didn’t see the probarry media bias during the primaries got it after they fired Lou Dobbs. People who didn’t get Lou Dobbs get it now. It’s over. Period. You can see their anxiety. Watch Kyra Phillips and John Roberts video. They’re not really talking TO each other. They have their separate talking points. And their guest didn’t even bother putting together sentences – he just strung the usual words: lunacy, paranoia, extremism, conspiracy and bitterness into one sentence. What I haven’t figured out is why John Roberts is such a fawn this late in the game? Has he never interviewed barry? I don’t get the sense he ever has a genuine thought. Like the words come out after they’ve passed through the propaganda machine.

Day 97

BP posts

Watch BP spill cam

-

Everything CNN says about BP is negative. Justifiably so. And yet they have no problem running BP ads before BP related videos.

And they have no problem running ads for BP on TV in between Anderson Cooper’s tirades on how BP is not communicating with CNN.

Ad: BP has taken full responsibility for the clean up - that includes keeping you informed.

And right of commercial, AC continues his rant, entirely unaware of the ad his viewers just saw.

COOPER: Well, as always, we would love to hear more from BP than just a news release or written statement. That’s why, every day, we continue to invite a BP executive to come on the program.

COOPER: It’s easy for me to kind of smile about this and almost kind of make a joke about it. But it’s not a joking matter.

He doesn’t seem to grasp the joke is on him and CNN. Perhaps if they refused to accept BP’s money – BP might be a little more forthcoming.

Ieshuh Griffin’s ballot slogan: “NOT the whiteman’s bitch”

July 25, 2010

July 25, 2010

In Wisconsin, Independent candidates are allotted five words after their names on the ballot to explain themselves. So what did State Assembly hopeful IESHUH GRIFFIN‘s (pictured) choose?

NOT the whiteman’s bitch“.

FOX:

GRIFFIN: Its not racist, its not a slur…its not pointed to a particular person, in my point of view the average politician is a token.

CBS:

GRIFFIN: ‘Whiteman’s bitch’ is in quotations. It’s not geared towards a person. The whiteman is a compound word put together. A bitch is a dog or a rollover. I’m making a statement that says, ‘I’m not an average politician.’

JSONLINE:

GRIFFIN: I’m not making a derogatory statement toward an ethnic group. I’m stating what I’m not. it’s my constitutional right to freedom of speech.

It’s not what it isn’t – it’s what it says about oneself.

Retiring Representative Annette “Polly” Williams:

It’s not something I would do and I would not recommend anyone running for public office to do. It’s almost like you’re not serious. I don’t know what statement she’s making.

Post ascribed to Ms Griffin:

FOX: On a blog, which says its paid for by “The Poor People’s Piece of the Pie Campaign”, a statement attributed to Griffin is posted saying ”There currently is…an in-depth corruption within our government… SLAVERY, yes SLAVERY has returned in almost every aspect except name”.

Slavery – popular word this week.

Why was it denied?

FOX: GAB spokesman Reid Magney says Griffin was denied because “Staff determined that her language used on her declaration of candidacy is perjorative in nature and does not satisfy the requirements of Wisconsin statutes”.

CBS reports that after the GAB denied it, they voted to allow it 3-2. Problem being she needed 4 votes.

So what is Ms Griffin doing about it?

Suing the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board because her “freedom of expression” is being “suppressed”.

How many pieces of the pie will Ms Griffin’s ridiculousness take away from those poor people?

Breitbart didn’t fire Ms Sherrod – barry did

July 25, 2010

July 25, 2010

Sherrod posts

How soon is the MSM going to investigate the real reason behind Ms Sherrod’s firing?

It wasn’t because of Andrew Breitbart (or the video he posted) unless barry is using Breitbart as an advisor. It wasn’t because of anonymous bloggers or the internet and it wasn’t because of what Ms Sherrod said in the video.

Ms Sherrod was fired because she became a blip on FOX’s radar ala ACORN, self-admitted Commie Van Jones and Anita [Mao Tse] Dunn. FOX did not air the video until after she was fired – a minor detail that hasn’t reached CNN.

Ms Sherrod said Ms Cook told her she was fired because she was going on Glenn Beck:

Well, when Glenn Beck said you would be on his show tonight, that did it.

Ms Sherrod said the WH is afraid of FOX and the Tea Party:

[T]he stuff that Fox and the Tea Party does is scaring the administration.

Ms Sherrod, on more than one occasion, was adamant that the WH was behind her firing – even after she spoke with barry.

The administration, they were not interested in hearing the truth. No one wanted to hear the truth.

And then Ms Sherrod went on to blame it on the NAACP:

The NAACP has not tried to contact me one time, and they are the reason why this happened. They got into a fight with the Tea Party, and all of this came out as a result of that.

Curious how some of Ms Sherrod’s words get heard and some get ignored.

And what proves it wasn’t the video per se – Ms Sherrod wasn’t offered her old job.

Why?

Because she should never have been appointed to it in the first place.

Open letter to CNN’s John Roberts

July 25, 2010

Sherod posts

Open letter to Mr Roberts in response to these words (even as he spoke about Mr Breitbart):

ROBERTS: If you’re going to criticize someone in a public forum, have the courage to at the very least put your name on it. I mean, the better thing would be if you got a criticism for someone, say it to their face. The very least have — have the — whatever you want to call them, to put your name to it.

^^

Hello Mr Roberts,

Ny name is mattie, and I would like to say, in the most polite words possible: you cannot be serious.

I only recently began watching American Morning and was fortunate to be watching when you saved! Ms Sherrod’s reputation. It was then that I was reminded of your particular journalistic viewpoint; I had not realized such devotion to the cause still existed – even KOS and his SACKS have turned on their fearless leader.

How about we get back to reality outside the CNN studio?

When, precisely, did your hard-hitting, fact-checking, truth matters journalist self last utter:

“An anonymous WH official” is telling CNN…?

Or perhaps in your younger days:

“Your Honor, I refuse to name my source?”

How many stories written by CNN’s crack reporters, correspondents and contributors posted on CNN’s website are based on an anonymous source?

And why are these anonymous sources most often quoted in posts about the White House?

One would expect the type of CNN you describe to be fair and balanced ON AIR and online.

Have you ever read any of the comments posted on CNN’s website?

If so, have you noticed what percentage are pro-Obama vs pro-anyone else?

What about the clear dichotomy in the accepted level of vitriol toward Republicans vs Democrats?

Do you think the comments written about Secy Clinton and Sarah Palin (and their families) would be approved if they were in reference to Michelle Obama?

And as far as CNN being a legitimate news network…how many stories has CNN done on Lindsay Lohan?

Answers would be appreciated but you are free to write whatever you like -no signature required- as this site still believes in the First Amendment.

Thank you for listening.

CNN’s John Robert’s Quote of the Day

July 25, 2010

July 25, 2010

Sherrod posts

Has the latest barrymedia partyline been made into a verb yet?

If so, here’s this dangerous anonymous blogger’s Breitbartizing of the Day: a single quote taken out of context. Which seems to be a new occurrence and limited only to barrynaysayers even though barry’s campaign had no problem taking Secy Clinton’s and President Clinton’s quotes out of context, Daily Kos blogger ArcXIX and convicted email hacker and son of Democrat state representative David Kernell had no trouble attacking Sarah Palin and Democrat Sen Al Franken had no problem writing and airing his hilarious SNL Palin family incest sketch.

Excerpt (not edit) of CNN’s John Roberts’ CNN saved Ms Sherrod the internet is evil segment.

ROBERTS: You have to be aware of what you post on the internet, which is why I always caution young people never post a naked photograph of yourself on the internet.

How many young people has Mr Roberts cautioned and what are they in the process of doing during said cautioning?

Humor not slander.

CNN is off and running. No time to waste to help barry. No media generated crisis should go to waste when their fearless leader is at fault. The internet is the problem! Anonymous bloggers should be stopped! Wild West of the Internet!

The irony of their words doesn’t seem to occur to them. If CNN were truly non-biased and actually reported news based actual facts and not through barry-colored glasses – the problem wouldn’t exist. Especially when they claim the title “CNN: The Worldwide Leader in News”.

What happened to “The Most Trusted Name in News”?

And why hasn’t anyone asked them why they didn’t provide the WH and NAACP with all the info that saved! Ms Sherrod?

Think CNN will take credit when the Democrats get slammed in November because of CNN’s ridiculous [ongoing] biased coverage? Or will they just give Ms Sherrod a show?

Look at the age of the folks behind the scene at CNN. They are the ones driving the news cycle. They are the ones relying on the internet for leads. And the talking heads happily oblige. Rick Sanchez cuts out the middleman and reports his tweets LIVE.

Kyra Phillips, John Roberts, Andrew Keen

CNN video

ROBERTS: Imagine, what would have happened if we hadn’t taken a look at — what happened with Shirley Sherrod and plumb the depths further and found out that what had been posted on the internet was not, in fact, reflective of what she said?

Would she still be without a job? Would her reputation still be ruined?

Ruined reputation?

They have beatified her.

And this Keen is off his godamn rocker. Pardon my French. He’s a tool to provide the usual words in exchange for a book promo. Wonder if they provided him with a checklist on the teleprompter like this one: “You guys came to the rescue!”

And CNN?

Jake – Here is the “authenticated transcript” of the NAACP-authenticated version of Ms Sherrod’s “full” speech. It includes this curiousness which occurred right as she was telling her tale re: the whitey farmer, allegedly Mr Spooner (Her story and the Spooners do NOT match up either – she mixes up the color of the lawyers – it was the black one who didn’t help.) and picks back up with her stating the moral of the story.

SHERROD: And finally, I remembered that I had gone to see one just 40 miles away in Americus with the black farmers. So, I –

[starts with crowd laughing to unknown comment]

Well, working with him made me see that it’s really about those who have versus those who don’t, you know. And they could be black, and they could be white; they could be Hispanic.

So is it the “full” video of her “full speech” start to finish?

NO.

Was it edited at that point?

NO IDEA.

Words are missing, making it no more a “full” unedited audio/video representation of every word Ms Sherrod said than Breitbart’s version was.

Do I believe “it has not been edited”?

NO.

Do I have any proof?

NO.

Do I trust the NAACP who condemned one of their “own kind” for words said on one of their own tapes from one of their own events without even speaking to her?

NO.

The only way for that video to be authenticated is by a third party – several of them – and as far as I am aware the filmmaker only made the video available to the NAACP.

Why the delay in producing the tape? Why was it released only through the NAACP? And why the evolving title of the same video?

When I initially linked to the NAACP posted video on you tube the title was: “FULL Shirley Sherrod video”. The second time I checked they had changed the order of “FULL” and now it’s “Shirley Sherrod: the FULL video”.

And on the official NAACP website, where they mention Breitbart – but not Mr Jealous’ reliance on Breitbart’s video instead of calling “his own kind” – it”s: “Video: Watch the Shirley Sherrod Speech in Full“.

And the disingenuousness continues with the “Read the NAACP’s statement” which links to their 3rd statement – not the first in which they ‘concur’red with Secy Vilsack’s decision. Not that the actual facts matter. I’d say it’s like the pot calling the kettle black but I’m tired of the “You’re a f—ing racist!!!!” comments.

The word “racist” lost it’s meaning when barrypeople used it as a campaign strategy and applied to any and all  barrynaysayers. And when does it come to a head? When barry’s numbers drop. Latest Rasmussen poll – the percentage of people who think the country is going in the wrong direction is higher (67 – 27) than when barry took office (63 – 23).

And even with his continuous message of how bad President Bush was and how bad things were and how he inherited all these bad messes (did someone force him to apply for the job?) and all those empty chants of Change! and Hope! – no more than 40% have thought the country is heading in the right direction since barry took office. And it was in May 2009 and it was the one and only time he hit 40.

Unfortunately, what I can’t say for certain is whether this or any other disclaimer was attached to the very first you tube video they posted. I don’t recall seeing it. And since the title of the video has evolved – it’s reasonable to assume the disclaimer was added.

[Emphasis added.]

This video was broadcast in March 2010 on DCTV in DeKalb county, Georgia. The speech has not been edited. There is a cut around 21:00 where the filmmaker changed tapes.

QUESTIONS: Has the fillmmaker gone on record? What is his/her name? Did s/he explain why s/he wouldn’t release the video directly to the media? Has anyone checked out DCTV? Did anyone make a home copy of the video? Was there anyone in the audience who took their own video? Is there an uninterrupted audio available?

What happened before the beginning of this tape? Was “Olivia” the only one to speak? Was that all she said? Is 21 minutes the length of a standard videotape or are there 9 missing minutes of a 30 minute tape? Do the rest of the filmmaker’s videos switch out at 21 minutes? If not, why the need to change in the middle of the story in the middle of the speech.

And why no exact date and exact time of airing?

And then there is Ms Sherrod herself. She addresses the “president of the NAACP, here” which to me means the president of the NAACP aka Mr Jealous, was in the audience. Was a shot of him or the NAACP “board members” edited out? Did he speak at the beginning of the videotape, accounting for those 9 minutes?

No idea.

But every one one of those questions needs to be answered. And the filmmaker absolutely has to come forward and attest to the fact that what the NAACP posted is everything s/he shot and that s/he is aware of no other video/audio recordings of what s/he shot.

The truth hasn’t even begun to surface on this issue – but whatever it is – if the media ever investigates – it will be Mr Breitbart’s and President Bush’s fault.

More words of reconciliation from the women who wants to move past the Civil War. One wonders if she has even watched herself of any of these videos. Her words speak volumes – but here her face says it all. Hate. [PC: In my first amendment opinion] Ms Sherrod hates Mr Breitbart, a whitey whom she does not know and whom she has judged on the basis of a video of her own words that the NAACP condemned her for.

Here she tells AC that Breitbart is vicious racist who wants to return to the days of slavery and that he was really after the black president. She also wants Breitbart to prove he isn’t racist and is going to look into legal action against him.

Ms Sherrod’s idea of “reconciliation” is truly hard to grasp as is her assertion that she has gotten past black vs white.

Transcript of Ms Sherrod’s “full” video via American Rhetoric.

Neither the transcript nor the video contain Ms Sherrod’s “full” speech. Discussed here. The NAACP-provided “full” video stops at 21:00 for an unknown amount of time and it’s clear that Ms continued to speak The NAACP-provided explanation – the filmmaker was changing tapes.

Ms Sherrod addresses the “president of the NAACP, here” as well as the board of directors. That to me means the president of the NAACP, Mr Jealous, was in the audience. Something I haven’t heard CNN or the NAACP mention.

Full length video: Sherrod thanks “the president of the NAACP, here”

July 24, 2010

July 22, 2010

Sherrod posts

Watch the NAACP-provided full video and read the authenticated full transcript and decide for yourself.

In the first minute of Ms Sherrod’s remarks, she purposefully looks to the left and thanks the president of the NAACP, the Board of Directors and members and all the others in the audience. She also mentions barry and doesn’t seem very happy about having to move on to “other work”.

[emphasis added]

SHERROD: Olivia, I want to thank you for those kind words. You know, it’s been a pleasure working with her over the last 10 years. I’ve missed the work. [I] had to move on to some other — other work, and I’ll talk to you more about that.

To the president of the NAACP, here, and the board of directors, and members, and all the others here, it is indeed a pleasure for me to be with you this evening.

And I want to say to you, I am very proud to be working with the Obama Administration to help rural America’s welfare. I want to do all I can to help rural communities such as yours to be a place where we can have a quality life and a comfortable life for our families and our friends.

How many presidents of the NAACP are there? Board of Directors?

Has anyone looked through the video to see if they can spot Mr Jealous?

Wonder if the NAACP has even been asked for spin. I heard nothing about it until I started to read the transcript – which Gibbs said barry read.

This should be Exhibit A in Sherrod vs Breitbart defamation suit.

If Breitbart had access to the full video – why would he have “spliced” this out when the video was meant to indict the NAACP for looking the other way?

And if NAACP President, Mr Jealous, was indeed present, how do these words from his first statement reflect on him:

The reaction from many in the audience is disturbing. We will be looking into the behavior of NAACP representatives at this local event and take any appropriate action.

What is the NAACP doing about the “disturbing” audience reaction besides laughably calling it “testifying”?

If that really is all it was, Mr Jealous needs to spend more time in those black churches whiteys don’t understand because 2 minutes of video wasn’t enough to remind him.

updated

Jake, here’s a single quote – full post with video here. The rest are well documented with video/transcript, which is why I use CNN. Please follow link above to find what you need. I’ve had more than enough of this media farce. It’s like the primaries all over again. Mr Grand Uniter’s numbers drop…everybody’s a racist. Probably won’t have to attack the birther…depending on how much Ms Sherrod reveals about the – yes – WH involvement.

Put down the bong for a minute and imagine if it were President Bush…would anyone NOT be blaming him for the firing?

Double Standard in a nutshell.

Palin’s ‘refudiate’ has a little logic to it but what in the hell are “reverse racism” & “white racism”? Prejudice is prejudice, which by definition, should apply to everyone equally. All is wrong or nothing is wrong. Google Look around and see who uses them. Those who do interpret “racism” as Racism = whiteys ->> blacks.  There’s no need to even read on unless you want to rebut them…but how is logic going to change a definition in their head?

Why don’t folks see the madness in all this? What is it going to take? Even the KOS SACKS have turned on barry…a subpoena for that worthless “birth certificate” perhaps?

Mr Transparency is not allowing Ms Cook to tell her tale. Ms Rogers 2.o. A tale Ms Sherrod vouched for – to the point of saying on AC 360 that if it were Ms Cook’s decision it never would have happened. And, not at all curiously, again, it’s another whitey [PC: who one can reasonably assume is] standing by Ms Sherrod’s account while “The First Black President” fired her and the president of the NAACP condemned her…both without ever speaking to her.

The truth lies in what hurts the most. And unless Ms Sherrod reveals her truths concerning this issue in a public forum on video — someone simply asking would be interesting in itself — the American People will never know.

Imagine the teaching moment if she were to admit [again] that the NAACP caused the situation, that the WH was directly involved and she was following the partyline with her attack on Mr Breitbart. Those confused folks might even write that the teachable moment was about that there “reverse racism”.

Zero tolerance for discrimination should also mean zero tolerance for silence.

Who knows. Though calling potential reconcilees ‘racists’ and taking about defamation suits while touting ones message of reconciliation is not exactly believable.

One wonders if Ms Sherrod truly understands the meaning of “defamation” and that it is not unidirectional.

One also wonder if she is truly not angry with the NAACP’s treatment of herself – why she isn’t angry with how Mr Jealous characterized her listeners’ behavior as “disturbing” when all it was was “testifying”? Cue stock footage of black reverend explaining how whiteys don’t understand black churches….seems Mr Jealous could use a refresher.

But the WH does deserve major props for staying the course with the AZ immigration agitation  – nothing like a politically expedient generated crisis – where’s Emanuel been? so the barry soetoro birth certificate bill won’t have a chance of passing.

FYI, in AZ it’s racist (isn’t everything nowadays?) to ask a potential employee to prove he is eligible for the highest office in the land as stipulated by the highest law of the land. And AZ legislators, sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution, think it’s racist to enact a law whose only purpose is to make sure the Constitution is followed.

At times, I truly believe there must be a parallel universe – barry’s and reality – because I cannot understand how folks fall for this stuff. I no longer wonder why the German people had to see, smell and touch the skeletal once-humans whose ashes had not yet dusted their crop and whose flesh they had yet to smell burning. They has to see it in the flesh – to experience it as real and undeniable to override their propagandized mind. And even then some refused to believe.

Anyway. Ms Sherrod’s mission of reconciliation has thus far been punctuated by her declaration that the Tea Party, FOX News, and Andrew Breitbart are racists, as well as “the conservative racist people” Breitbart’s deals with.

Whoever he’s dealing with she has no more talked to than he, the WH or the NAACP did to her.

Here Ms Sherrod calls Mr Breitbart a “lie/liar” and blames him for the hate calls/hate mail she received. Man this dude sure has wicked superpowers, don’t he? And we’re to believe none of the “hate mail” came from angry co-workers, angry blacks who had taken NAACP’s condemnation of her at face value and/or angry barry supporters who come all shapes and sizes and sexual orientation?

Though one particular orientation continues to be subjected to the “institutional racism” of the US military with the full and complete knowledge (and intentional lack of action) by the Commander in Chief.

One for all and all for one! Not.

The hierarchy of prejudice is clear.

And only one ism matters.

Secy Clinton and Sarah Palin were not treated in a sexist way and barry’s main attack against Senator McCain had nothing to do with ageism. They’re all whiteys and everyone knows how whiteys can’t be discriminated against.

Finally arrived where I started out going.

John King asks what Ms Sherrod would say to Mr Breitbart if she had 30 seconds.

Perhaps you can tell me what step this is in the “reconciliation process”.

KING: Miss Sherrod, if you had 30 seconds with Andrew Breitbart, what would you say?

SHERROD: I’d tell him he’s a liar [lie]. He knew exactly what effect that would have on not only – he knew what effect that would have on the conservative racist people he’s dealing with.

That’s why I started getting the hate mail, and that’s why I started getting the hate calls. He got the effect he was looking for.

How does Ms Sherrod know what effect he was looking for? How is calling Mr Breitbart a lie/liar not a hateful statement? Because it wasn’t a phone call or email?

Gotta say, this Mr Breitbart has some remarkable powers…able to leap tall buildings, take over the internet, twist the minds of folks who can’t decipher a video for themselves (her message was included in the video at the very end) and capable of snookering and deceiving an organization that defends blacks unjustly accused by whiteys and prides itself on integrity.

It would be comical but for the subject matter.

Why would the NAACP, MSM, WH and Ms Sherrod give so much power to an “obviously racist” man who deals with all those monolithic anonymous whitey racist conservatives? Cue stock footage of the crazy ladies in red or last summer’s townhalls about something that won’t even take full effect until barry’s out of office. Do you know how healthcare is saving us billions or is it trillions now? when it doesn’t even exist?

What is RNC Chairman Michael Steele saying about this? What are NAACP members saying about Mr Jealous’ rush to judgment of them and Ms Sherrod? Is anyone calling for his resignation like folks are with Secy Vilsack?

None of it makes sense. Not that it matters.

Do you know why Facebook deleted Sarah Palin’s Ground Zero mosque post.

This, frankly, is hilarious.

Even for Gibbs.

Even for barry.

We are asked to believe the President of the United States, who has the NSA, FBI, CIA, US Marshals, Homeland Security, Secret Service and the entire Intelligence community at his disposal, as well as Cheryl Cook, Secy Vilsack, USDA Human Resources, CNN, MSNBC, texts and emails, was unable to get a hold of a woman who has been on TV for the last 72 . A woman two “superior” whitey octagenerians were able to speak with just hours after the story fully broke on American Morning.

And to what lengths did the most powerful man in the world go to find a woman summarily fired by his own administration?

GIBBS: The White House operator tried on at least two occasions last night and was both unable to reach her and unable to leave a voicemail.

White House operator, volunteer, campaign staff member….sound familiar?

Think anyone will ask for Ms Sherrod’s  phone records?

Why is it they had no problem finding Ms Sherrod four different times when they needed to fire her?

Video does not cover all of his comments re: Ms Sherrod but they are included in the transcript.

Gibbs doesn’t even try…he’s just making sure no one asks him if it was him. He will not go silently when he gets fired.

Bonus: you’ll be happy to know barry shared words from the automythology he did not write in which there is a twice recounted tale of the exact moment of his racial enlightenment that never ever happened. Kinda like that getting together after Selma tale.

Updated Ms Sherrod: Breitbart “is a lie/liar” (video/text)

July 22, 2010

July 22, 2010

Sherrod posts

Title updated from transcript – it’s either “lie” or “liar” – both were included in the official CNN transcript. My sense it is “lie”.

John King

Ms Sherrod continues on with her mission of reconciliation…which thus far has included a blanket statement that FOX News and the Tea Party are “obviously racists” and “have racist tendencies”, an accusation that Mr Breitbart is “dealing with”  “conservative racist people”, a wish to shut down Mr Breitbart’s site, a need to call Mr Breitbart a liar/lie on CNN – a channel that has repeated ad nauseum how the media has blown things up – and consideration of a defamation suit against Mr Breitbart.

Interesting way of bringing folks together, eh?

[Follow posts link to hear/read her comments verbatim.]

Remove the emotion, ignore the barrypropaganda spin, use logic, see the political reality and focus solely on Ms Sherrod’s own words. That is where the real truth lies. And her very first words and very first telling of events cannot be changed.

In those comments, she blamed it all on the NAACP “they are the reason why this happened. They got into a fight with the Tea Party, and all of this came out as a result of that”.

And Ms Sherrod was adamant the WH was directly involved…the WH wanted her “to pull over to the side of the road” and resign “because you’re going to be on Glenn Beck tonight” and “the stuff that Fox and the Tea Party does is scaring the administration“ and that “the administration, they were not interested in hearing the truth”.

No doubt about it unambiguous statements.

Cherry on the sundae: She knows full well who the WH contact was and is refusing to say so.

Sherrod “reconciliation” olive branch to Breitbart:

KING: Miss Sherrod, if you had 30 seconds with Andrew Breitbart, what would you say?

SHERROD: I’d tell him he’s a liar [lie]. He knew exactly what effect that would have on not only – he knew what effect that would have on the conservative racist people he’s dealing with. That’s why I started getting the hate mail, and that’s why I started getting the hate calls. He got the effect he was looking for.

And KING’s barrypropaganda:

99 percent of the country would not know Shirley Sherrod if it were not for a conservative activist named Andrew Breitbart who posted a clip of your speech on his website.

And how many other speeches has he posted that resulted in the NAACP condemning and the WH firing one of their own employees?

And King asked why Mr Breitbart didn’t call her before he posted the video – a video the NAACP and WH acted on without even talking with her.

MADNESS.

POTUS “expressed regret” for “this misfortune” in call to Ms Sherrod (readout)

July 22, 2010

Sherrod posts

Called Ms Sherrod @12:35 EST. Wonder how many calls preceded the WH call this time. Never apologized per Ms Sherrod. Said he wasn’t aware. He’s not very aware of a lot of things…Van Jones, Air Force 1…AIG bailouts…Sestak and whatever Gibbs doesn’t want to answer.

He “expressed regret” for “this misfortune” and hopes she will continue to help “those in need”. He also made sure to point the blame to Secy Vilsack and “emphasized” Vilsack’s “sincere apology”. SOP.

Who actually writes this stuff?

Has he ever said he was wrong of the first go? Or actually used the words “I apologize”?

He never publicly apologized for his “joke” re: the Special Olympics. And his “kind of language” that “need[ed] to be a teachable moment” never materialized. The only apology came from the main man offended, Special Olympics founder, the late Eunice Shriver’s son, Tim Shriver. Also offended staunch barry supporter Maria Shriver who did not call him out either.

How much media attention did those words receive besides Sarah Palin’s personal involvement?

How much outrage from the NAACP? Anything?

There is no doubt of the hierarchy of prejudice in this county. It has been the only thing transparent about “the first black president”.

Beer summit – no sweet tea summit – no WH bowling match.

[Added links so it is absolutely clear how differently the matters were handled.]

Readout of President Obama’s Call with Shirley Sherrod

The President reached Ms. Sherrod by telephone at about 12:35. They spoke for seven minutes.

The President expressed to Ms. Sherrod his regret about the events of the last several days. He emphasized that Secretary Vilsack was sincere in his apology yesterday, and in his work to rid USDA of discrimination.

The President told Ms. Sherrod that this misfortune can present an opportunity for her to continue her hard work on behalf of those in need, and he hopes that she will do so.

John King spoke with Ms Sherrod this afternoon several hours after her phone call with POTUS. Working on that next. She was not entirely pleased at the conclusion. Still no naming of the WH person in contact with with woman who spoke with Ms Sherrod.

Ms Sherrod considers defamation suit against Mr Breitbart (video/text)

July 22, 2010

July 22, 2010

Sherrod posts

Ms Sherrod’s words, when one actually listens to them, don’t quite match up to the message of reconciliation she and the MSM have adopted to distract from the MSM’s, WH’s and NAACP’s actions toward her.

How many folks were aware of the video BEFORE the NAACP put out their first statement and BEFORE the WH fired her?

On July 20, Ms Sherrod came straight out and called Fox and the Tea Party “obviously racists”. (video/transcript)

SHERROD: You know, I can’t vouch for how FOX and the Tea Party wanted to — to present that. I don’t know. You know, since I’m not a racist, I can’t understand what racists would be looking for, you know? And if that’s what racists were looking for, they knew it, because they are obviously racists.

SANCHEZ: So, you’re saying the people who edited that tape and presented it in the way that they did were looking to make a point, and you’re saying that they probably had racist tendencies?

SHERROD: That’s right. That’s exactly what I’m saying.

She can’t understand what racists would be looking for?

What is her mission again?

And here is Ms Sherrod on American Morning this morning talking about filing a defamation suit against Andrew Breitbart:

that’s one person I’d like to get back at.

But not the NAACP and WH who both judged her on the basis of the same videotape and without even talking with her. But don’t let the actual facts get in the way.

And no – I am not affiliated with any political organization, candidate, movement, group or anything else.

While you listen and/or watch keep these in mind:

1-Did Breitbart coerce the NAACP and the WH to react to that video – a video of the NAACP’s own event?

2- How is Breitbart responsible for other people’s hateful emails? Did he personally send her the hate mail she speaks of?

3-Whatever Breitbart did – he wasn’t the one who fired her and he certainly didn’t force the NAACP to condemn her (and the audience, which has not been addressed, which is one of his points.

4-The story became a story once the NAACP (and WH) legitimized that video by responding to it. Had neither of them done so – it just would have been another Breitbart video.

5-Ms Sherrod said the WH was involved and that the final straw was her scheduled appearance on Glenn Beck. Phone conversation – words Ms Sherrod said came from Cheryl Cook.

Well, when Glenn Beck said you would be on his show tonight, that did it.

As for the WH:

The stuff that Fox and the Tea Party does is scaring the administration.

6-And then went on to blame everything on the NAACP:

The NAACP has not tried to contact me one time, and they are the reason why this happened. They got into a fight with the Tea Party, and all of this came out as a result of that.

Folks are still ignoring her actual words in their scramble to cover for the NAACP and barry. It would be comical if not for the subject matter. And it’s not like there isn’t precedence with Mr Transcender of Race – Prof Gates.

MSNBC’s “Crazy Larry” [O'Donnell] offers Ms Sherrod a job

July 22, 2010

July 22, 2010

Sherrod posts

…on a show that does not yet exist.

Morning Joe – Larry O’Donnell, Gayle King, Barnicle, Willie, Mika, Joe, Ms Sherrod

At the end of Ms Sherrod’s segment – where she deflected questions about what the WH/USDA said to her on those frantic phone calls  and still wasn’t questioned about the NAACP or her calling Mr Spooner “superior” (whitey code word for racist), “Crazy Larry” offered Ms Sherrod a job on a show that does not exist.

He holds that moniker for a reason. Many in fact. The most outrageous thing I have heard to date was his comments about Willie’s new show and Mo Dowd.

So, as Gayle King, Ms Sherrod and the others laughed, Crazy Larry said that in the Fall when “he feels the energy” he would like Ms Sherrod to co-host with him because he “doesn’t have a Mika”.

Mika on split screen smiles like a child. Guess crazy Larry needs a “Mommy” on set, too.

WILLIE: Say ‘No’ now!

SCARBOROUGH shouting: Say ‘No’! Shirley. If you think this last week has been tough, sit next to this crazy man, and your life will be a living, breathing hell.

CRAZY LARRY: I have never fired anyone. I have never fired anyone.

BARNICLE: Shirley, look into his eyes, look into his heart, and then just say ‘No’.

SCARBOROUGH: Amen!

MIKA: That’s what I should have done.

GEIST: Reconciliation has its limits.

Dissolve to laughter.

MSNBC’s fawning – even for them – is over the top.
