Hey Milo. It’s not clear. The jury sent Judge Zagel a note asking what they could do to resolve the deadlock. As in: “If we are in a situation where we can’t agree or reach a unanimous decision on counts associated with specific acts, what should the next step be?” Don’t know the charges/acts in question or which defendant or anything else. Court will reconvene at 11am so the judge can get clarification from the jury. Don’t know if Blago ever made a statement but he was quoted as saying he had “butterflies” and that he “missed” the reporters.
