This has got to stop. Something has gone wrong in American when Americans are warned not to exercise their First Amendment rights because of fear of the Taliban using it as propaganda even as CNN/MSNBC spread their own “Islamophobia” propaganda.
So the Muslims in NYC are free to do whatever they like despite public outrage by folks who find what the mosquites are doing is insensitive and disrespectful.
But the Christians in Florida are not allowed to protest Islam because it would be insensitive and disrespectful to Muslims.
Anyone see the double standard here?
And did you notice how quickly the media rage subsided against the man who allegedly stabbed the cabbie once it was revealed that the man was a volunteer for Intersections, the most vocal “multi-faith” group behind the mosque?
Now General Petraeus has chimed in.

GEN PETREAUS: It could endanger troops and it could endanger the overall effort. It is precisely the kind of action the Taliban uses and could cause significant problems. Not just here, but everywhere in the world we are engaged with the Islamic community.
Why does the US have to sublimate itself to Islamic terrorists?
They don’t need motivation or propaganda. They are evil. And evil begets evil. Anyone willing to blow themselves in order to kill and maim does not need incentive propaganda. They have their family members talking them into it.
The American People are not supposed to feel fearful because it would mean the Islamoterrorists won….even as we are told not to upset the Islamoterrorists and not exercise our Freedoms.
Who wins then?

If they had simply ignored the guy, Gen Petraeus wouldn’t have to be making comments and he wouldn’t be conjecturing about whether it will be shown on TV in Afghanistsan. But what better to drive their Islamophobia propaganda than Koran burning?

There is no question about First Amendment rights; that is not the issue. The question is: What is the implication over here? It is going to jeopardize the men and women serving in Afghanistan.
And what is the implication at Ground Zero where Muslims already killed over 2600 people in the name of Islam?
Why the need for such propaganda?
To rile up the natives to justify our presence there?
