Palin email hacker, David Kernell’s convictions were upheld by US District Judge Thomas Phillips. Next move – defense attorney Wade Davies is appealing to the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
Sentencing scheduled for Oct 29.
Possible 15-21 months.
This college student who did something crazy (but very very wrong) because he could – whether or not it was for his father who is a State Rep (D-TN) – might end up in jail and barry’s illegal alien auntie who has been scamming the system for years and will be until she dies was charged for nothing and given asylum because she hid out until barry became president. There’s something very wrong with that.
