This morning, before he went for a run, Blagojevich spoke with reporters. CNN:

I can’t wait to begin to tell my side of the story and to address you guys and most importantly the people of Illinois. That’s who I’m dying to talk to. There’s a time and place for everything. That day will soon be here, and you might know more about that today, maybe no later than tomorrow.

Asked what it is he wants to say, Blagojevich told the reporters to “hang loose.”

Just now, the Illinois Supreme Court rejected Madigan’s request without comment. It was absolutely insane to try. It had no basis or precedent and most of all no proof of anything except foul language. Wrotnowski and Donofrio at least had a sound constitutional basis.

His lawyer is giving a press conference. I had forgotten what a real press conference was.
