Words from a UK cleric, Anjem Choudary, whose desire is to make Sharia Law the law of the land. He is leader of a group that banned in Britain under the country’s counter-terrorism laws. Choudary, unlike barry and President Bush, does not believe Islam is a religion of peace. Nor do other “non-radicalized Muslims”. The ones who only speak up after short men like this incite empty souls to become human detonators in order to promote more evil in the name of Islam, to destroy even more good in the name of Islam and in the name of Islam eradicate from the earth every non-Muslim.
If you are Muslim and do not believe this, why aren’t you speaking up?
You can’t say that Islam is a religion of peace. Because Islam does not mean peace. Islam means submission. So the Muslim is one who submits.
There is a place for violence in Islam. There is a place for jihad in Islam.
The Koran is full of, you know, jihad is the most talked about duty in the Koran other than tawhid — belief. Nothing else is mentioned more than the topic of fighting.
London-based terrorism expert, Peter Neumann:
A very significant amount of former al-Muhajiroun people were involved in terrorist plots against this country. A number of people have actually gone to Afghanistan, joined the Taliban and died fighting for the Taliban.
Choudary re: 7-7 bombings on London’s transport system:
For the people who carried it out, it was legitimate. If you look at the will of the 7/7 bombers Mohammed Siddique Khan and Shehzad Tanweer, they would be justified. And there are many verses from the Koran and many statements to say that’s the Islamic argument. And that is a difficult Islamic argument to refute. And there are many scholars who support that argument as well.
He’s just a devout Muslim following the teachings of Islam, including wanting to kill the Pope.
This particular belief is more than just a religion. It is not just a spiritual belief. It is, in fact, an ideology, which you believe in and you struggle for and you are willing even to die for, because you believe in that: That is your whole life.
Of course it’s not a spiritual belief. There is nothing spiritual about it. It’s pure evil. Killing just for the sake of killing and then hiding behind a book relevant 14 centuries ago.
Man makes a conscious decision to kill. Man chooses to kill and then he uses religion to justify it. Not the other way around. No Creator of Life would justify the murder of His Creation.
