Here you go, Mrs Laughton.

Follow the links above for the other oaths and for explanation/copies of a COLB vs long form birth certificate and pretty much whatever else you need.If you can’t find something let me know. There is also additional clarifying information in the comment sections of the COLB posts.

You are absolutely correct. Do not let anyone try to tell you differently. They are not the same thing and even the state of Hawaii wouldn’t accept what barry posted as enough proof. That was one of the bigger giveaways on factcheck that they didn’t realize they did.

They concluded that that worthless one-sided COLB met the “State Department criteria for proving citizenship”  foolishly drawing a distinction all by themselves. State Dept vs the Constitutional requirements – citizenship vs natural born citizen.

Just like with all things barry – there’s a sounding of truth even as the words misrepresent it.

US Navy Plebe’s Oath of Office:

Having been appointed a Midshipman in the United States Navy, do you solemnly swear (or affirm) that you will support and defend the constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that you will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that you take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that you will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which you are about to enter, so help you God?
